Possibly the worst company hired by the warranty company. Do do get fooled by there polite manners and show of professionalism. They are out to cheat you. They just came to claim there money and not do anything. They just took pictures without touching anything. They are just there to rig the system. See other reviews which are good and will make out how people are fooled by so called professionals and polite manners. Behind the scene they have an agenda going. The tech even wanted me to sign saying that just need a signature that he came. But he was making me sign that the work was complete satisfactory. After the visit the immediately want a review and people fall for this pretend professionalism. This warranty companies are not doing anything to take any action for such spurious companies

Arrived as promised, priced as promised, I am a satisfied customer. We had a night light, a dimmer, and a on/off switch installed. We will use them again as needed.

Update - Performance Electrical has become a mixed bag for me. We had them do a light install outside which has worked out very well, fair price, good service, good tech. Courteous people as well. (Described above)

Then we asked their plumbing side to take care of two issues, one was a leaky toilet tank and the other a chattering hot water side pipe. The service man changed out the flapper on the toilet, then installed a device designed to stop the chatter. Neither solution worked and I was now out $350.

I called them back, and it took a couple of weeks to get them here, the service man looked everything over and said he would have his boss call me with a bid for the repairs. It has now been about two more weeks with no contact from them. The two problems remain. I will now have to seek a new plumber and won't be using these guys for the electrical upgrade we are doing on our hot tub. Strange way to do business. Note, the device in the picture I uploaded did not solve my problem (I did suggest that they actually install it near the source of the pipe chatter to no avail.)

I do like to help small businesses, which is why we tried them to begin with, but my faith in Performance Electrical has evaporated.

I have been waiting almost a year to get a refund from this company! The hot water heater was ordered in January! It didn’t come in until June! Mind you I have an 83 year old mother who has had to go without hot water for months! They have been promising since July to give me my refund! Still no refund!

Bob coordinated with my insurance company and was very organized and patient. Ben the plumber was on time, personable, efficient, professional and was cleaned the work area immediately after the installation.
