We had met with RJ twice in person to review the plans for our new build. We selected him but he had major reservations and mentioned at least three times how hard slab on grade would be. I had a deposit check in hand for delivery when our concrete guy said he needed the pipe for the water into the house from the well before he poured footings. I asked RJ to bring that pipe and within grumbling he did and when I tried to deliver the deposit check he said “I didn’t owe him for the work done and that he’s not taking the job.” Based on other reviews this seems to be a recurring theme. He left me high and dry with our job so I had to scramble to find another plumber. Super unprofessional.

We had a clogged drain, and they were willing to come in the evening to clear it, which they did. However, during the process they broke our toilet and made it unusable. The plumber admitted it was his fault and would have the owner call about replacing the toilet. The next day he called my wife and during their conversation he requested that he speak to me instead. She denied him the request and he went on to tell her that it was our fault and that he wouldn't be replacing the toilet AND that we still owe him for their services. My wife fought back saying that they were at fault for the broken toilet and demanded a replacement. He eventually just said that we didn't owe him and that that would be the cost of the toilet. I wouldn't have minded paying him if he'd replaced the toilet, but he was so unprofessional that we will never call them again.

Not from the area, but own a place in Showlow. Made an appointment over a week in advance, asked for a morning appt, because I needed to get back to the valley that evening for a special event.. Came up especially for this appt. I had not heard from anyone by 12 noon that day, so I called and asked the receptionist which I believe is named Madison when then plumber would be in my area cause I had not heard anything for an arrival window at that point. I was told she would check on where in his route the plumber was and would give me a call back with an arrival window. I never heard back, nor did they show up. We have done business with this outfit in the past, but we're definitely steered in the wrong direction this go around. Maybe other's will have a better experience. ?

I have used RJ in the past and I was quite happy with their service. Unfortunately I have another leak so I’ve left numerous calls for service with no response, only an answering machine so I’ll keep looking for a plumber. Respectfully.

I live off grid and this company was recommended to me to use for my plumbing needs. They live in the same area I do. I called and they quoted me a price to do some work, stated it would be a few days before they could actually do the work, ok. I gave them directions and clearly stated where I was and that I was off grid. The night before I called to see if they were coming the next day, and the person said his boss wouldn't do the job and the price he was now quoting me was double what it was originally and that I was too far for them to come out.
So I called another plumber and they said no problem and they did the job for what RJ originally quoted me.

I cant recommend RJ's plumbing enough!Rob and Ryan came by and gave me a quote and fit me in thier very busy schedule the very next afternoon. Customer Service skills are fantastic and the work was exactly what was asked for and needed. No up-selling here. Just straight to the facts and exactly what you need.
