Good service. Prompt and courteous. All the people I interacted with ( excavator operator, plumber and the truck driver ) were professional and worked well as a team. They had to dig a major hole in my yard to get at and fix the lateral. They filled it in and tamped it down. I was informed ahead of time that I would have to do the final landscaping repair. They cleaned everything up, see the attached photos. We will recommend and use them again.
P.S. It didn't hurt that they use a John Deere 50C. 🙂

First off, I want to give a shout-out to Ray, the service technician who came out. Not only was he punctual, but when I mentioned that my 18-year-old son had applied to the Plumber and Pipefitter Union apprenticeship program, Ray let him work alongside him and took the time to explain what he was doing. I was impressed by his willingness to involve my son and his clear communication, not just regarding the first job, but also in answering my questions about the second part of the project. Eric Cooper came out because I couldn’t get my water heater pilot light to light. What an excellent craftsman. Knew almost immediately what the problem was, fixed it, got my water heater running … and the best news … he gave me some tips and hints in case it happened again. Very very happy with the service. And he is very professional. Petersen Plumbing will be my go-to from now on.

Petersen plumbing had fantastic experience. I had a fairly large shower leak that I could not repair. I called Petersen and they were there within the hour. They professionally fixed the leak in a timely fashion. They were neat and I will be glad to use them again

These people are amazing! I spent over $1700 on another plumbing company to fix my problem. After 3 guys spent half a day in vain on it, I was told nothing more could be done. American Home Shield sent Kevin out, and in 15 minutes he completely fixed my plumbing problem! I only wish I could give American Home Shield 100 stars. They deserve it!

Petersen is always our go to for anything plumbing related. We have used them many, many times and have always had a great experience. This visit was to test the back-flow on our sprinkler system and as always he called to let us know he was on his was, was on time, friendly, quick and made sure all lights were off before he left so I didn’t have to go back down to the basement.
