Wouldn't recommend, never returned the call. Friends have said they're insanely expensive. After hearing that , glad they didn't return the call.

I called piggs to schedule an appointment I set a time for 4:00pm The Owner came out about 3hrs early unexpected didn’t call me or nothing to ask if showing up early would be ok just showed up knocking on my door to fix a leak under the kitchen sink he replaced 2 pipes plugged the garbage disposal and put in a new faucet I told the guy I thought the leak was under the house he never checked it out just basically did the bare minimum and left after giving me a $480 bill he was telling me in order for him to retire in the next 10 years he has to charge ppl more than a normal plumbers rate long story short the owner didn’t fix the leak charged me $480 I’m not a plumber by any means but ended up using you tube to figure out how to fix the leak myself piggs sent a letter about 6 months later saying if I didn’t pay the full amount for the services they provided (they didn’t fix the issue) then they would take me to small claims court I will never recommend this guy or anyone at this business to anyone honestly if you have a can do attitude just research how to fix what needs fixing and try it yourself you’ll save a lot of money in the process and would prevent yourself from basically getting robbed blind by ppl like this there are only 3 plumbers in the valley, West Point , and lanett area and this guy is taking advantage of that don’t let this guy screw you find someone out of town or do it yourself

We called for service, made appointment with the receptionist, but they never showed up and no one followed up with us. We had to call someone else. Im Not Happy and will not attempt to patronize them again.
