I called and talked to them before the 4 of July and they said they would come to my house to fix my ignition system and they never showed up when I called them on it they told me I'd have to bring the vehicle in how can I bring the vehicle in without towing it in and then it would be just left sitting out there no telling how long. At least they could have done was told me before that I'd have to bring it out there that they couldn't come fix it and then that way I could have made other arrangements because I really need my vehicle

The man with long hair and glasses is a hot-headed individual who believes he is knowledgeable about everything. He insisted that I buy a new $500 key directly from the dealership, claiming that the one I bought on Ebay would not work. When I obtained OEM keys and contacted him again, he was extremely rude and refused to help unless I bought a key from the dealership. I contacted Ace Lock & Key instead, and they were able to program the key with friendly and helpful service.

Highly recommended. This company sent a Rep out within a timely manner. The rep was professional, knowledgeable and quick. The price was fair. While getting my keys reset the Rep suggested a wireless remote to match the keys which was a great need and price! Best Locksmith Company in Pinebluff.
