We came home last night to discover a clogged pipe outside and needed an after hours plumber. Instead of calling a big company we wanted to support small and local so we looked up local emergency plumbers and found this one with good reviews. We called at 8:45pm and Mark came out to take a look, he was very unprepared having to leave on multiple occasions to get an extension cord, 2 different hoses and then after leaving the 3rd time for yet another hose saying he would be back in 30 minutes, after almost an hour my husband called to check on him with no response and after another 10 minutes he called again with no answer again. That was at 12:44 am. At 6 am we get a phone call saying he would be back at our house in just a bit. My husband asked why he didn’t come back after he said he would and was told “oh yeah, sorry, I fell asleep.” Needless to say, we will be finding a new plumber this morning and want to warn everyone not to waste their time with this one.

The guy showed up on time and was very quick about getting the problem fixed. Price was less than I expected it to be also. Will use next time I need work done

We've used Mark for plumbing issues at our house and our rentals and he is great. He is knowledgeable, does a good job and most importantly, he really cares about helping people with their plumbing problems. He is fairly priced and honest. We recommend him!

Mark and Eli were awesome. Came within 30 minutes of my calling them. I had a leak in my wall and capers were wet. I was afraid of what I would wake up to. Found out it was the outdoor facet. They worked from 10:00pm til after 11:pm. Replaced the pipe. They were both very professional and rates were very reasonable for late at night. Really appreciate having them in our community

Mark came to our home to fix an issue. He came after hours and did not charge me any extra for that. Very professional and pleasant person. Took care of our problem and contacted me the next day to be sure all is well. I highly reccomend him and his company.

My undermount sink was falling down, and Mark assured me he could fix the problem, and that I did not need to buy a new sink. After his first attempt, the same problem returned within a week. His employee came back and redid the job. Again, within a week the problem returned. The sink is leaking around the seals causing new problems. Mark wont return my calls, and would not negotiate a refund even when I was only asking for 50% of the price paid which is more than fair.
