Excellent fast service. Sean diagnosed that our HVAC system needed to be replaced due to high carbon monoxide levels and Richard was able to come out and replace the whole system the next day. I received a text about an hour before my scheduled time which let me know the plumber was on his way. He actually showed up 15 min early (awesome!!) and was able to complete a full washer valve removal & installation as well as clean-up in under an hour. I've had a run of bad experiences over the last 3 months with other local plumbers, and working with this company was refreshing. I need my hot water heater & furnace done as well; I will be using them in the near future.

We recently moved here and decided to replace the toilets in our home. We called the Plumbing and Heating Dr. and got great customer service on the phone. Our technician, JD not only installed 2 toilets but educated us on our water softener and furnace in our crawlspace. We actually called the Plumbing and Heating Doctor less than a week later for more service. We personally requested that JD be our technician. He was prompt, courteous and took great care in removing any packaging left behind and cleaning up the areas he worked on. We look forward to using your company in the future.

This company is quick and HONEST!! I give massive thanks and respect when a company is truthful that the outside circumstances makes their services unhelpful for the moment. They told me over the phone rather than charge for a visit to tell us. They offered free guidance and still offered to come in person even knowing the problem was out of control for a person or company.
