Johnny was incredible! My cat was accidentally locked in a shed to which I had no key. Johnny was prompt and clearly explained all my options. The whole time he was doing his thing, he spoke to my cat thru the door to assure him help was there and he'd be a free kitty soon. If I could rate more stars, I would!

Called and scheduled for them to come out. I was told 15 minutes. An hour went by, and no one had shown up. Called back and they said they cancelled the appt because they gave the wrong price. They didn't bother calling to let us know that it would be only $15-$20 more than originally quoted. They then said they would be out in 30 minutes. Another hour went by, no show. Tried calling several times and when the call goes to connect, I am hung up on. We called someone else.
