We used Precision Air about two months ago and have been so happy with the work they did. After a previous, well respected vendor, told us there was nothing they could do for us to get our air conditioning running but replacing our 30 year old furnace/air circulator should fix the problem we got prices from Precision as well as the other vendor. Precision came in lower with a higher quality unit and I am so glad they did! The unit definitely needed to be replaced, but after it was installed the problem with our air condition persisted. Chris had a tech check out everything and found out the refrigerant was low. After refilling it all worked wonderfully. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but Chris and his team were great troubleshooters, hard workers, and always treated us with respect. Customer service is a high value with this company.

Chris and his crew are amazing and professional. My 25 year old electric AC and gas heater went out and in less than a week I had a new Mitsubishi - 36k BTU Cooling + Heating - M-Series Multi-Position Air Handler Air Conditioning System - 16.0 SEER. I contacted Chris on a Monday afternoon after getting an estimate from another company to replace my furnace.I was leaving for a Thanksgiving trip the next morning. Chris came over that afternoon and had an estimate prepared that evening. His estimate for a 2 stage variable speed was over $3,600.00 less than the first company. I ordered the furnace that night.
