I just want to thank you and your crew for doing an amazing job with the installation. They were very knowledgeable, methodical, professional and all-round excellent! They came on time and worked in a very non-disruptive way. And they cleaned up everything before they left. There was no trash to deal with!
The installation is just excellent and the windows look beautiful! You are right about the house being much cooler - it’s 90 degrees outside and we are a good 10 degrees cooler! I am very happy with our new windows and excited to overhaul the rest of the house! Appreciate the great job you all have done!

The customer service from planning to estimates to installation to post-installation was excellent. I've worked with Bryan, Queena, and Jenny three times to install the windows at my house and at my parent's house. Based on referral from friends, I asked Bryan to submit proposal to replace two windows damaged by the fire. The price is quite reasonable. His team, Bolo and another worker, completed the job today. Good workmanship and very professional. Highly recommend!

Wanted to replace two of our entry doors since they were the original wood doors. They were starting to warp and got drafty. Bryan came out and gave me one of the better quotes, but what really set them apart was his attention to detail explaining what would be done and giving recommendations. I also had 2 windows I wanted to close up that they were also able to take care of.

Once the doors arrived, the installers did a quick job, and like Bryan, their attention to detail was appreciated. They kept the construction debris to a minimum as it can be a pretty messy job. If I ever need to get any work done that Preferred Pacific is able to handle I won't hesitate to contact them again.

Great work done within 2 days for whole house windows and patio door, I had Anlin Catalina installed for few months, especially patio door is so easy to slide, window slides OK due to slight heaviness, sometimes needs 2 hands operation for elderly.
Mostly I liked these product: Quietness(great seals prevent outdoor noisy) and cut sun ray that really felt cool interior.

The most I liked their work: patio door foundation repair and seals wood piece gaps from window molding; cleaned up and wiped all windows after completion.
Overall, I highly recommend their work and Anlin product due to their great warranty.

I was referred to by my friend. Preferred Pacific Construction replaced the double pane windows and door for my friend twenty years ago. My friend told me that until now there are no problems.
Preferred Pacific Construction replaced my old windows and door in December, 2021. The windows are good quality compared with my upstairs double pane windows installed 11 years ago. The price is reasonable.

I had my window installed several years ago, always work perfectly, recently found there is water clogged, called for help. Tony squeezed time from busy schedule to drop by within an hour to explain to me why the water clogged; and show me how to unclog and drain the water. Great service. Thank you!
