My car was hit by a deer in November, and the repair shop I chose for the insurance company was this one. However, this is really my worst car repair record. After the repair, my dashcam rear camera was damaged, and before I provided evidence, they said I broke it myself. It still didn't work after the first replacement. I submitted my claim plan, and then no one responded to me again. Later, the repaired car had a sound of air leakage, and inspection found that there was a gap in the door seal after the repair, but I didn't want to contact them again. Because I know they won't admit it. Because my car was rear-ended again and needed to be repaired again, I thought of them, so I added a review. Their advantage is that they work very quickly and complete it much earlier than estimated. The service attitude is also okay.

Extremely smooth experience. Noah and the ladies at the reception were very polite, kept me updated on everything. After I picked up the car, had a small issue with the power windows after the repair but they fixed it as soon as I brought it to their attention the next day.

Went for a quote to fix a key scratch. Very welcoming and knowledgeable people but quote took almost an hour and was 3 times the price of my other quotes. They also would've needed to keep my car 2 weeks compared to 4-5 days at other places. It felt like they tacked on extra steps that may not be needed for a scratch.

As a woman, I sometimes feel apprehensive about car repair shops, but this place exceeded all my expectations. Booking an appointment was super easy, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. The customer service was great – the staff was friendly, respectful. The waiting area was so peaceful I took a mini nap. The diagnosis was quick, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair itself was fast and efficient, and my car is running perfectly now.

I arrived on 8/31/24 to get my vehicle repaired. I was informed it would take a couple hours and I planned to wait in the reception area until the repairs were completed. However, to my surprise a cat was perched at the front desk then jumped down and approached me.

When getting my car repaired, I didn't plan to encounter a cat to which I am allergic. Within a few minutes, my throat became scratchy and became inflamed. I immediately stepped outside for fresh air and to escape from the allergens presented by the animal. Also, due to the cat being present, I could not remain in the establishment. Thus, I walked across Highway 6 to the Smoothie King put based a smoothie, and remained there while my car was being repaired as opposed to remaining in the shop with my vehicle.

The repairs took longer than anticipated, close to 3.5 hours and I was also inconvenienced by frequenting an alternate establishment until my vehicle was ready, another hour later.

The overall experience lacked professionalism and consideration for the wellbeing of all customers.

Consequently, I will not return.

The absolute best body shop in town. When insurance wanted to total my vehicle due to a minor accident Jordan went above and beyond to get it back on the road. The level of service he provided was way beyond what any reasonable person would expect. He kept me informed even after hours on his Wedding anniversary. My van looks better than it did prior to the accident. Everyone there was fantastic from the ladies at the front desk to the owner of the shop. They deserve a 10 star rating , I can't say enough good things about Pro Color Collision, best experience anyone could have dealing with a body shop.

Bought a brand new car and 7 days later someone back in to the rear causing damage to the bumper and left rear quarter panel. I met with the manager Michael (Mike) Moore who stayed on top of everything. The car was finished 3 days early. All the employees I dealt with were very friendly and professional, I inspected the car and was very happy the way it looked! Actually, the repair work was phenomenal thank you to the guys in the shop.
I would recommend this Paint and Body Shop to anyone.

I was looking for a place to fix my wife's mazda since it got some dents at a parking lot, nothing major. ProColor gave us a quote fairly similar to other shops the service was great. We dropped off the car on a Monday and got it back on a Friday of the same week, it was just the bumper so no much time was needed. About the job quality I can say it was excellent . Definitely recommend this place for your body shop needs.
