We’d researched solar even before moving to Iowa, this summer we decided to make the move to solar. I talked to 6 companies (Dubuque never returned a quote, Anamosa and North Liberty were responsive, as were two other out of State companies). I talked to trusted electrician and several Rabe customers before we reached out to Rabe’s. Rabe’s were the only company to actually stand on our roof, completely explained the quote, the timeline, the expected efficiency of the panels/converters AND guaranteed the system’s electric output.

Given their reputation, the guarantee on panels -efficiency - workmanship - timeline, and their very competitive quote they quickly became our vender.

Today the crew is installing our panels/system (right on schedule as we were promised). Five great guys, clean, courteous, and family friendly. They even wore shoe booties over their shoes when they came inside. They explained everything they were doing and are leaving the job site as nice as I had it before they got here.

So far we are EXTREMELY PLEASED with Jake and his crew from Rabe’s, they were always quick to respond if I had a question and took the time to make sure we knew what we were purchasing. They hid almost all of the wires so the system blends into our roof and the side of the house (I’ve noticed other venders don’t take the time to do this).

If you’re considering solar, make sure you call Rabe’s - we are so thankful they were recommended to us.
