Keys don’t work! Go elsewhere. I went to Ralph’s today y oh get duplicate keys made for my mom who needs a caretaker. They assured me that they key duplicates were fine, even though the shape of the cuts looked different. He even pulled out a big key guide binder to demonstrate how the key he made may look different but is related. Well, none of the four keys he made for me - for which I paid cash - work. He said I could give back if they don’t work but it’s too late for tonight and I’ll just pay to have it dove properly tomorrow. Big waste of time and money. Avoid.

Great key service. They always do business with a smile and give no troubles. I come for all my key needs. Don't listen to those two broads bad-mouthing the place. They don't tell the full story, if you'll notice. They only tell what's convenient for them. Never trust any critic that can't tell a complete story. But for all your key needs, you can't find a more reliable shop. There's a good reason why it's located at the Grove and not in a shabby parking lot somewhere in some hidden corner.

Update!! Thanks to the farmers market security office the gentleman who accosted me with violent threats targeting women was suspended after my lengthy report. Hopefully Ralph’s keys will do better at hiring employees who are mentally well and not violent, and know how to extend quality customer service for the grove clientele.

The owners employee discriminates against women. I have never been treated this poorly at any business in my life. This man would not cut my keys, because I simply asked him if he was going to stay on the phone while he was tending to my transaction. It’s the grove it’s not some shady place downtown. The customers at the grove expect a higher level of care and attention with customer service. This made him furious because like similar comments he’s arrogant which is very unclear why, considering he works at a key kiosk. After he screamed at me to leave I then walked back to my car, he was screaming at me derogatory slurs against women. He may have some sort of a mental issue. Unfit to run a business. Again, Look at all of the negative comments they are
all similar.

This is a really good store. I simply wanted to copy car keys, but all the locksmith shops I looked into for cutting prices were too high. But this place was really different. My car key has a built-in remote chip, so it needs to be programmed. If I want to buy a new key with a wireless chip at a store in my neighborhood, I have to pay more than $100. I looked around at many locksmith shops, but all of them were too expensive. I know that on the Internet, I can purchase a new car key with a wireless chip for $5 with free shipping. I can program it myself, so I bought a new car key with a remote chip online and all I had to do was simply cut the key. All the key stores told me that the reason was because the new car keys were not the ones they sold, and all the locksmiths refused to cut the keys because I could program my new car keys myself. Or there was a locksmith shop in Glendale who quoted me $200 more than the car dealership price. At that price, I can buy another used car. After writing this article, I will also write a review of that crazy scammer key store. For reference, there is a man working inside that key store. A female locksmith in Glendale offered to cut a simple new car key for $15, which I thought was a bit high. Anyway, I didn't know how difficult it would be to simply cut the original key into my new car key that I provided. While calling numerous stores to inquire, I found this place, 20 miles away from my house. I drove through traffic for over 30 minutes to get here and I was able to get my key cut by a really friendly person, quickly and with great skill at a very reasonable price. I was very, very happy. I will recommend this locksmith shop to everyone I know. I was able to copy 4 new car keys very cheaply on the spot that day.

I have been coming to this place for many years. They offer a wide variety of services and have a huge array of fun keys to purchase. The young man at the kiosk is friendly, courteous and professional. He is very good at what he does! I highly recommend this place for all your key-making needs.
