Reliable just completed the installation of a new roof on our home. James and his team did an outstanding job. It had to be completed rather quickly and James got it done. Every phase: from assistance in selecting materials; to planning the timing of the job; to completion and clean up was well done. Reliable Design just completed a project at our house & I’m happy with the results. They pulled off some ancient vinyl, replaced rotten wood & installed new vinyl on the exterior & did a major kitchen update — all new except cabinets & flooring. Best communication I’ve had with a contractor— this was our third renovation or addition in 30 years. Owner James Walton was immediately responsive to questions & concerns. Subs did quality work. Job took longer than estimated, but I doubt a construction project exists that met the initial timeline.

When my wife and I decided that it was time to remodel the bathroom off our master bedroom, we only considered one contractor to do the job and that was James Walton at Reliable Remodeling. I have known James for about 15 years and know that he does things the right way with quality people. We had not used the shower in the master bathroom for over a year due to broken tile and leaking issues. His team came in and performed a total demo of the room and found underlying issues with the floor joist and the plumbing. They were able to assess the situation and make repairs without an interruption in the schedule. Everyone that we dealt with on his team was great and performed quality work. His project manager Kat and the suppliers that they use are very helpful in selecting the materials that were needed for the project. The Buildertrend software/app kept us informed throughout the project with schedules, change orders and up-to-date job costs. We are very pleased with the results of the work that James and his team performed in our home.

This company is aptly named-they are VERY reliable! They did several projects in our home and they were all on schedule, well organized, and thorough from start to finish. I highly recommend them if you value quality workmanship, great communication, and a company that takes pride in what they do (a rare attribute these days).

James and his team did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. Our remodel began because of a water leak from our dishwasher. From the start, James was extremely helpful in navigating the insurance side of things for us which we were clueless to. He provided insight and explanation throughout the entire process . James also initially came in with several vision options for us on best way to layout our kitchen for optimal use and overall look, things we never even thought of! We trusted him and so glad we did! He is extremely communicative and we appreciated the transparency via the software he uses regarding the spend/budget - everything is listed and itemized out. James is extremely knowledgeable and explains it all/answers all questions/concerns quickly - appreciated the very open line of communication. We look forward to working with the Reliable team again on future projects!!
