Very pleased with this company. Miranda, the scheduler, was very pleasant over the phone explaining the process and communicated appointment times and information timely, Logan, the technician, texted when he was on the way. He was very professional and explained the work needed in detail. I had cracked firewall bricks that needed replaced. He removed the old bricks and replaced with new ones. He was quick and cleaned up after the job. The fireplace looks good as new now. Thank you Miranda and Logan for being reliable, timely, honest and friendly.

Great customer service and very trustworthy. Reliance was called to come clean the chimney and inspect the roof. The technician inspected the flue and advised it did not need to be cleaned for another season, which is commendable because they could have cleaned the flue and charged me and I would not have known the difference. The technician also inspected the roof and noted damage that could be reported to insurance at no charge.

Second year to use Reliance Chimney and Masonry for preseason wood stove cleaning and chimney maintenance . Logan was very careful, thorough and neat. He was familiar with our Recency Stove which requires some disassembly to access the catalytic converter and chimney. We will definitely be having them out this time next year.

Very disappointed in their service. I put trust into these folks with some major repairs to our outdated fire place and left me with a mess!
Left me with a hole in my wall. They said they would fix it but the tech they sent out said he dident know how to make it right and would do the best he can but would still look bad !!!
I would not trust these folks with anymore than a simple clea.

I am quite frustrated with my experience with this company. I do understand that there were some extraneous circumstances which the company could not control, however the process to replace my chimney cover took over 2 months. Overall, I felt there was a lack of clear communication throughout the process, the financing process was strange and uncomfortable. Additionally, I had to follow up multiple times just to find out the status on the project after multiple weeks of no updates. There seems to be a lack of accountability on Reliance's part, where regardless of delays due to inaccurate measurements/problems with fabrication, they do not offer any kind of accommodation or compensation for the trouble, which to me feels like they could have extended this process almost indefinitely with no consequences. This leads to my overall complaint, which is that while the cost of the cover was quite excessive, the lead times that I was given were why I chose to move forward with the order, as I was not given a confident answer with regard to the longevity of my current chimney cover. These lead times were not met in any way, shape or form and I did approach the company privately to request some form of making this right, which was also not met. I didn't want to make a public review, but I feel I was left with no choice as I still have not been offered anything other than a brief apology to make this right.

Jordan was efficient, curteous and polite, knowledgeable, professional, and he was well versed in explaining things so I would understand. Our normal guy had retired, so this was my first time using Reliance. There’s always a calculated risk when using a business for the first time, and I am not disappointed!

I hired Reliance Chimney to repair my chimney that was damaged by a tree in the Rogers tornado. A corner of the chimney (brick) was crushed. The estimate was definitely a fair price and they were out the next day after I approved the work. The gentlemen repaired my chimney and it looks great! Any mess was cleaned up properly and Miranda was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Reliance Chimney and Masonry!

They were friendly, professional and thorough. They did a great job, but more importantly, Logan, his family and his staff exemplified a true Christian heart, in all they did and continue to do. I would highly recommend Reliance Chimney, for all of your fireplace needs, whether big or small. They will be honest, hard-working, friendly and professional. They care about their customers, and it shows!!
