I am so delighted my friend introduced me to Rich and his body and repair shop! I had looked everywhere for someone who could repair the fiberglass and metal on my Dodge Coach House RV! And his shop is local...right here in Petaluma. Awesome.

I had some one hit the front bumper and fender,door and hood and also had him remove a small dent on passenger fender on my 08 Hyundai Accent, I took it to Riches to have my car fixed he told me he would have no problem fixing it and also said he could match the color of my paint, I told him the car was painted before and he insisted he could match the color,I told him if he would rather paint the whole car I was willing to pay that out of my own pocket,he said I see no reason to paint the whole car and did not want to listen to me,so we wrote up what needed to be done he told me it would be 3 or 4 days and I would have my car back,Left my car in his Hands did not hear from him for 7 business days he told me my car was ready I went to pick it up and the dent on the passenger side was still there there was tape on my front bumper my fender did not line up still could see a minor dents in my hood there were in perfections in the clear coat he also told me he had the hardest time trying to match the color witch does not match he told me I had to let the paint dry for 2 weeks before he could buff it out,(he said in his own words i want to buff the whole car out and it will take 2 to 3 hours) so I took my car and parked it at my house for two weeks called down to Riches and tried to make an appointment they were to busy to take my car and finish it even know I already paid in cash,it took 2 more weeks before I got to take my car in and have it buffed out,so I dropped my car off around noon on Thursday I received a phone call around 5 30 pm on Thursday and was told to show up on Friday around 11 30 and the car would be done,showed up at
11 30 and my car was not done yet it was sitting there in shambles,I was pretty upset and expressed my opinion,she told me we will call you when it's ready,I finally got a phone call at 330 pm went and picked up my car,It looks like a kid painted my car I am so disappointed in this auto body service I would not recommend this place to my enemy.
Rich is a liar and a con artist I feel ripped off and deceived, you should really look at yourself in the mirror Rich and change your profession.
