I was charged $35 twice for my payment being returned to a closed account. I don’t know why this happened because I had updated my account when my other account closed due to being hacked. Either way… the only notification I got from you guys was “thank you for your payment.” I never once was notified of the returned money or that my bill was not paid. When I called about this, I was told it was the banks job to notify me of this, which does not make sense to me considering the water company is the one not getting paid and notified me my bill was paid. Only 1 $35 payment was removed but was told she can’t remove both? Which also does not make sense to me. This is the water company’s responsibility considering I was notified that my bill was paid.

I have never had so many issues with a company and what really sucks is that there are no alternatives so we just have to accept their horrible services. The website leaves a lot to be desired, it’s impossible to get someone on the phone and when you finally do, they don’t give a shit about anything except getting their paycheck at the end of the week.

I was a victim of identity theft & they refused to cooperate nor remove the charges. When you move out whoever moves in afterwards can just call to keep the utilities connected to your name and they will not refund you nor meet their legal obligations to investigate fraud.

This is the HARDEST utility company to deal with, Online platform is not under friendly, doesn't link accounts, even if connected via address and cell phone, unable to link accounts manually with account numbers and info. If I could, I would use someone else, just a nightmare EVERY MONTH to deal with. Customer service is atrocious, takes days for a response and overall lacks basic customer support. Terrible!! I will leave an updated review with names, good or bad, once I actually receive a response.

Was four days late with my bill and when I went online to pay, it wanted me to pay the bill I had missed AND THE next one due on May 20th! No options to just pay the missed bill. I live on a very small budget and couldn't pay both, so because they no longer take payments over the phone, I had to go to the office and pay. Come one RWU.....you can do better than that.

They have policies that just scam people out of more money. If you pay for a deposit, why would you have to pay an additional $40 to get it turned on that day? Why was that not on the email? Why is it I have to come in and give more money than I was assigned? It makes no sense. Sounds like some are trying to take a few dollars off the top.

DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY! IF A LEAK HAPPENS THEY WILL TELL YOU IT IS YOUR FAULT FOR NOT LOOKING AT YOUR BILL!
THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU ALL THE WAYS THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE ISSUE YOURSELF.

Well, I found an issue and they will not help me with a credit on my bill after losing 70 thousand gallons of water in less than 2 months.

They told me all the reasons they won’t help!

Very poor customer service and zero cares gives

Once again this company is worthless. I would give a zero if I could!!

What makes it worse is that as a customer there is nothing we can do, we are stuck with a government office that does not care!

Disappointing, disgraceful and disgusting to the residents of the city of Roger which I have been my whole life!

Terrible service. Called. Made payment arrangement due to job loss and they shut the water off in middle of summer anyway. Then on another occasion I didn’t realize auto draft was set up and I double paid. In a huge bill during a crunch time financially. They did get me a check issued the following day but were NOT NICE about it. If I could switch service I would but this is only choice so they treat customers however they wish. I gave one star unit because 0 stars wasn’t an option.
