If I could rate this company 0 stars I would!! Called in Monday for a stopped up toilet every day I was lied to like they were coming to fix it!! Every day I was told they were coming that morning but at the end of the day when I called I was told they can’t make it till the morning I was told that lie everyday!! Horrible customer service!!! If you can’t come just say that!!!

These guys have knocked it out of the park, not once but twice!! First issue was some wax rings not sealing on a couple of toilets and just today they fixed a hose bib and installed a pressure regulator for our house! 10/10 would recommend! I did feel bad tho because initially we thought our water lines were only 6-10 inches buried, but upon digging and looking they were right at 36inches, so I do apologize to the young man who had to dig the hole, but can’t thank them enough for the work!

Not sure this will post with 0 stars. But that’s what’s deserved after how I’ve been treated today.

This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Not to mention how rude Betty - specifically Betty - is on the phone. She’s dismissive and will not let you speak and when she is done she will hang up even if you are still talking.

I was called at 7am and told we were first in line and that they would be here around 8-8:30. I was on my way out the door to work and had to call out. I called them at 9:30 and was told “sorry you’re second in line is what we meant”. No time update. I called at 1:15 and just now at 3:40. Still no one has showed up. “We’ve had emergencies and we will try to get you today”. I can’t take another day off work at the drop of a hat for you to not show up. And Betty has hung up on me while I was talking every single time I have called. But I was told “we give you a courtesy call about 10 minutes from when we will be there - we don’t expect you to sit and wait around”. Well that’s great if you don’t work 30 minutes away.

I will never use these people again. And I will actively recommend against them. I understand emergencies happen. But the hateful attitudes and lack of communication are unacceptable. Just because I live in a small town doesn’t mean I don’t deserve to be treated better. Believe it or not you are not the only option.

If I wasn’t so treated so rudely and dismissed by Betty every time I was on the phone, then I may feel differently. But that’s not what happened. She acted like I was so inconsiderate calling for an update. It’s inconsiderate assuming I can take off work a whole day without penalty while you don’t come to keep up your end of the agreement. And if I dare to call, you hang up on me while I am talking and explaining why I can’t wait on you with no end in sight.

Update: it is now 12:24pm on the day after all of the above happened and I have not heard from them. At all. They didn’t get to me on the day I was told they would be there at 8am (yesterday). We cannot shower. We are going out of town soon. All of which I tried to tell Betty yesterday. But she talked over me and hung up on me so I doubt that she heard it. I cannot emphasize enough not to use this company.

In the past we have had good service but our last interaction was less than spectacular. We called on a Tuesday and was told it would take a couple of days to get to us. They had not showed up or contacted us by Friday so my wife had to call and get them to come out. Then they wouldn't take payment, left and sent us a bill that was $100 more than the last time we used their services. So we probably won't be a customer anymore.
