Danny and his team were excellent start to finish.

They had to break the unfortunate news to me, during a routine pump, that our leach field was completely full of water.

Danny called and came by personally, looked at it, spent 30 minutes explaining everything to me, and volunteered to come by 2-3x over the next few weeks to keep checking it.

This was all abnormal for both us and them as our home was only 5 years old, but they assured us they'd help get to the bottom of it.

We eventually discovered the water table had risen significantly since the house was built, and there was no place for the water to drain.

Given this, we came up with a plan of action, and Danny and his team were incredibly kind, helpful, and did not pressure us.

In fact, they encouraged us to get other quotes from some other folks and do our homework.

A few weeks later the Royal Flush came out and installed a new tank and leach field for us.

Although it was a surprise from the general routine pump, we are super grateful we were able to get this taken care of before it caused more issues for us.

Want to know the best part? The few folks we did call to get their opinion as well all said Danny and Royal Flush were the best in the valley. Even their competitors said to go with them.

You won't go wrong here. Give them a call, and they will get you squared away.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - we had them come out to simply empty our septic tank and they gave us an inspection.. and then told us our septic tank was failing and we were literally in the process of selling our house so the buyers were about to back out. Then we had another company come inspect it and everything is completely fine but for several hours we were freaking out for NO REASON!!! This is the most insane thing that’s ever happened to me and even the realtors and everyone involved was just in shock. First of all if you see this I want my 300 dollars back and second of all learn how to do your job. You almost completely turned our lives upside down because of your incompetence.

If I could give negative stars I would. We had our tank pumped and they said the tank was failing along with a laundry list of problems. We had another inspection done from a different company who said no problems at all with the tank. Royal Flush blatantly lied to us just in an attempt to get us to pay them thousands of dollars for a new tank. Never ever use this company, they make things up and try to charge you for made up issues.

We knew our septic system was old and soon would need replacing. That's when we had a back up in the garage drain, of course on a Saturday. Royal Flush was out in no time, fixed the clog and we were on our way. That was about February/March. We decided then we'd better get ahead of the problem and scheduled for a spring septic replacement. Good thing as we had one more back up/clog in April (again on a Saturday!) Royal Flush saved the day and assured us we were on the schedule for right away after road weight restrictions. We had a fair bid/price and approx date. What was amazing to me was the day of our septic system install - Royal Flush showed up right at 9am and immediately got to work. They had impressive coordination of jobs, workers and equipment. Old tank pumped, landscaping prepped - trees plowed and disposed of, new pipes, tank, gravel and more. Finished the project with clean up of landscaping - smoothed out entire area, picked large rocks and cleaned up after themselves..... even swept my driveway AND they saved a lilac bush from demise (it was in the middle of the area) Nice people, professional people. They get the job done as they promise or better. Thank you! Royal Flush has my business (we've been with another company for 30 years)
