We are staying at a run down AirBnB "cottage" in Sunnyside and the kitchen faucet spout sprung a leak from corrosion. Water sprayed all over when the faucet was on. Today is Saturday.

We told the AirBnB hosts about the issue and within 20 minutes a technician with Royal Plumbing was at the door. 30 minutes later a new kitchen faucet was installed, the area cleaned and tidy, and he was gone.

I've seen Royal Plumbing trucks around town for years, but I now see them in a very positive light. I never expected a plumbing company to show up so fast on a Saturday, and complete a job as fast and efficient as this guy did. He even had all new parts with him!

I'm sure due to the condition of this property they will return soon, but its good to know these AirBnB hosts knew a great compnany to call.
I didnt get the guys' name but he was super cool and friendly.

These guys are amazing! We've had them come to our home and our business, and every time it's great experience. Most of the time they even make it out to us the same day. Our last 2 experiences have been with Kenji, and he's awesome! He's professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The last issue we had, we called, and within 45 minutes Kenji was at our door. While service that quick is going to be a rarity, the fact that I called at 10am, and by noon our problem was resolved is just unheard of in the world of plumbing issues. We also have to say that they are the most fairly priced plumber we've ever worked with, you expect to be pretty broke after any interaction with a plumber, but we usually feel like we should have paid more. Seeing other reviews that mention an estimate fee or issues with scheduling has not been our experience, I would give them 10 stars if Google let me.
