I would advise anyone to seek out another vendor for auto glass work. I had my windshield replaced there today and rather than in and out in an hour it basically took all day because he and or his aftermarket glass supplier didn't supply the correct glass. I couldn't wait for the replacement glass and had to take an Uber back and forth. The owner Chris, did not see that expense as his responsibility. Before leaving on my first Uber ride I witnessed him chip the paint on the fender during the removal of the old glass. He said he'd fix it but it was still there when I came back. He said he tried but was unable to fix it and proposed no further solution. This shop is really a one-man band with a "C-" skill set and "D+" level customer service.

Awesome service and pricing.

Had to get a window regulator installed since the motor and regulator had broken down. Chris was able to order and receive the part in the same morning and installed under 30 minutes.

Definitely would recommend.

These days every penny counts and the holidays so this old granny was trying to do it herself install a window regulator DIY but my hands can’t do it anymore. I called Chris and he was not only available, knowledgeable and fast he was HONEST and that in itself is a trade by heart. I recommend if you need any window auto glass come see Chris you won’t regret it.

If you have a luxury car or a car that you care about, stay FAR away from this shop. There is literally nothing "royaI" about Royalty Auto Glass. Easily the worst and most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I would give them negative stars if I could. The place looks low class and my initial contact with the staff should have been enough to steer me elsewhere (changing their quote based on whether I was paying out of pocket or through insurance). Despite the bad first impression, I needed my windshield replaced quickly and they were cheaper than the auto dealer. They replaced my windshield but damaged my car in the process. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me, I didn't notice it until the following day. Their "fix" for the damage was a cheap and disgusting third party replacement part. I ended up having to purchase the part from the auto dealer.

within a week the new windshield was cracked again. I brought it up and they said it was a rock that hit it. how the rock hit my windshield on the side of the windshield.

Simple windshield replacement, leaks everytime it rains, have brought it in 4 times and it still leaks. The fix is to put black glue all over the inside instead of replacing it? Plus the glue stained my headliner. Never coming back.
