Had an appointment for 7. Didn’t arrive until 30m after. Clearly this tech had no clue what he was doing because he blamed my push to start when clearly it said the key fob was not detected. He gave me a new key fob but was not the correct one. He gave me a key for a van… I drive a sports car. Changed pricing upon service being complete. He tried to discriminate me asking if I believed in god? Then after he left. I realized that now not only does my car not have a push to start (which I paid extra for this package in my vehicle) but the door controls to lock and unlock DO NOT work & now I need to be inside my car or use the key to open my trunk where before i could just push the buttons on the exterior. Overall, bad experience and I’m so upset because I lost out on some cool features in my car.

Amazing guys and courteous. I am completely satisfied with their service. I accidentally locked my car keys inside the car and required some immediate attention. I found them on Yelp and called them, they provided quotes, showed up on time, retrieved keys from the car. I highly recommend them and completely satisfied!

Note the owner's comments to the bad reviews. They say everything about this business. And beware reviews that are all 5 stars and 1 star. Good businesses have a mix, with few 1 stars but plenty of "good enough" customers in between. Not this one, they are perfect reviews or horrible. I paid $200-some and ended up having to get a real locksmith to fix it with better service and better price. It's a sketchy business. Go somewhere else. I gave one star because there is no zero.
