I had an excellent experience with Anthony, the technician who came to assist, and I cannot praise him enough. He arrived promptly after my call and was incredibly polite, even taking off his shoes before entering my home.

Anthony was thorough and professional, carefully assessing the affected area and explaining the steps he would take. He set up a tent and fans to address the damage and ensured the area was cleaned up meticulously.

His attention to detail and dedication to doing the job perfectly was impressive. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work. I felt reassured throughout the entire process, knowing I was in good hands.

Fernando, Miguel, Allan , Daniel and their Temps Jonathan and the 3 females were all hard workers! The end result was a job well done! Unfortunately, their power washer broke and the employee did the rest of the job with our hose . They came back out the next day to reclean those areas and it came out much better! They had positive attitudes and were friendly. I appreciate their help in the cleanup of smoke & ash from the Eaton Fire. Whatever concerns we had we brought to their supervisor Anthony and were taken care of. It the end it was a tedious job , and in the end it was very well done.
