I made agangments to have my septic pumped a month ago. The scheduled date was yesterday. No one showed up to do the job. No one was available to answer the phone about why the job was not done. This is not they way to make customers satisfied. I understand there might be extenuating circumstances, but after being the operations manager of a trucking company, I also understand that you alway have a backup system in place to make sure your customers are taken care of on time as agreed. I cannot, In good conscious, recommend this company's business practices.

I've been using Shamrock for years and recently this week. Great service! You don't have to be present and they will email you a copy of your receipt and septic report. Saves on time when you have a busy schedule.

Avoid at all cost , unprofessional and rude (which is fine I guess ). Driver damaged the property and left without telling anyone, good thing we got security camera... Seems like that person was under influence of alcohol or something else...
Never had problems with other companies providing similar services. Talked to neighbors, they told me about negative experiences with shamrock as well

We had a issue with our septic and these wonderful people got us in same day. Jordan and Kristopher went above and beyond on their already full work day to help us. I would highly recommend them if you are ever in need of a pump.

Myself and family have been using this company for years. I don't understand the negative reviews. I called them about 11am. They showed up within 3 hours. Septic was backed up. They cleaned out the solid tank showed me it was empty and also cleaned the clean out. This company has served the valley for years. They are always full of useful info on how to save you money and maintain your septic. Most people don't realize this a system of your house and requires service. You cant blame your neglect leading to a failed septic on these hard working people.

They arrive to pump your septic between 8a-5pm at their convenience, they will not give you a window of time & even if they agree that they will give you notice before they arrive, they do not. If you aren’t home & waiting for them when they show up, they leave without pumping your tank. They are very unresponsive to correcting this, their solution is to schedule another appointment (2-3 weeks out) and find a day where you are available to wait around for 9 hours just to be ready when they arrive. I recommend a different company, these guys were lousy!
