This year was the 100th Rodeo in Sidney IA and we had a fantastic time. The stadium was packed but everyone was friendly and the bull riding, mutton chop riding and buckin broncos were on point. I especially loved the skit with Todd and Bradley from opposite sides of the arena doing an Elvis inspired dance off!

Plenty of food trucks ans vendors, a few places only took cash (concessions and a few food trucks) but there was an ATM on the grounds.

Great show for their 100th year! If you enjoy rodeo (or have never been), you want to attend this Midwest jewel. Great competition and great entertainment! There's something for everyone, young and old. Make plans attend this annual event.

My husband and I drove from Colorado to be with some of our family for the 100th Sidney, IA Rodeo last night! It was awesome to see the stands full of people who, for the most part, were attentive to the action in the arena. The banter between the announcer and the rodeo clown was absolutely a hoot! The bull fighters, pick-up men, and those who work behind the scenes are to be congratulated for a job well done! It's easy to tell, they, as well as the contestants and performers, pour their hearts out into their work! I'm thankful that you guys still put on a great show after all these years, and most of all, I'm thanking God that you offer a prayer to the Lord of glory before the work begins!. Thank you, and please keep it going for the future generations to enjoy!

I was at the rodeo on Saturday August 5th and while I thoroughly enjoyed the rodeo I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the fact that after i paid $30 for the reserve box seats people came in and sat right in front of us in folding chairs and blocked a good portion of our view. nothing was ever mentioned about this when I ordered my tickets otherwise I would have gotten the general admission tickets and sat on the front row. Not only was this annoying but if anything would have happened we would have been blocked by those chairs which should be against OSHA standards. I should have had an option when ordering tickets. needless to say that part was extremely annoying!!!!

Everytime I visit the show and food are really good. I recommend family and couples to visit. Each time I went similar events but not one is the same.

If you wish to have a good time go visit this Rodeo Arena around the first week of August. I do know for sure if anyone has questions most likely they have some form of contact them. Yes your able to order tickets online too.

It was so much fun! If you love rodeos this is definitely one you should make it too. There is nice parking and they have people who help you get parked, they have people who will give you a ride up to the ticket booth just very helpful. The rodeo announcer and clown make it a very entertaining experience. You can definitely feel the patriotic spirit and love of country at this rodeo.
