Awesome!!! Kevin and Ian were so respectful and came did the work and it looks so nice with no fifty million pipes going everywhere. Stayed focused and now heat is going to the new heater and pool. Thanks guys!!!

Thanks Tommy and Mark! These two fellas did great work in a timely manner (with me standing there asking questions). Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Also, when I initially called and spoke with Bill, I informed him that I needed them fast and I had some special circumstances that I needed them to consider and work with me on and to my surprise they did and there were zero problems. The USAF moved me a lot and I’ve lived all over this country and over the last 30 years have had many workers at my various homes but never have I ever had such a great experience as I did dealing with Smith Plumbing. I was really impressed by Bill, over the phone for an appointment and then I had to change it at the last minute. Then when Tommy and Mark showed up they started and didn’t slow down until they were leaving. I’ll mention again how knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions explaining in detail and in terms anyone could understand all while steadily working being courteous, respectful and professional. Thanks again it is great to have people like that come to my home. It was like having a couple of old buddies helping me out.

It's been a while but I've got to send this. Arrogant from the beginning. Sent incompetent newbies to my job. Everything they fixed broke. They would not come back to fix their mistakes. I paid in full on completion. Avoid the Smiths. I guess they used to be good at one time. They're rich now and no longer care about the quality of their service or their reputation. Very rude afterward. If you have an easy job they can charge you a lot of money for - you're their pansy.

We had water running in our walls and called these guys for assistance. After my husband called another company first, which ended in a blessing. The first company called was so rude that my husband decided he would do the job himself. Unfortunately him being out of state we would be with out water for some time. So, he calls Smith plumbing. The gentleman called me and then my husband. With in 20 minutes they were in my drive way. You guys... that just doesn't happen... generally. But it did ?.
Their names, Eddie and Dallas. They were so professional and nice I was blown away. Let me tell you, I have had work done before for other services and have had to ask them to leave because they were so rude. BUT NOT THESE GUYS! I would hire them again in a second. They found the problem, crawled in my vanity and accessed a wall that I was prepared to knock out the night before and fixed it. Yes, you read that right!!!! Fixed it. It did not cost me an arm and a leg either. We were prepared of course to endure some cost based on the location. But these guys are so good. God blessed us for sure. I pray they are blessed as well.
Ohh. The cause.. a pin whole in a brass fitting. The house we live in was built 3 years ago...that's all I will say about that.

I was having problems with our watersewage. Anytime someone would flush the toilets, it would appear somewhere else! There were many burst pipes in Batesville and I was told it would be the next morning before they could get to my house. I was so surprised when a few hours later I was told they were on their way. After great difficulty, they found and fixed the problem. Zack was very nice and very respectful with a nice sense of humor. Thank you Smith Plumbing!

These guys are great! Called them for some needs, they were out at the property to help the very next day, even arrived early! Open communication during the entire service. Super friendly! Got our issues fixed that same day with awesome prices! Thanks for the great service!
