I called them earlier this week with a clogged drain connected to our washing machine and garage sink, and had it fixed it by noon the same day. The price is reasonable and they did a great job. Have had them fix issues such as leaky faucets and toilets. Highly recommend!

I had a clogged pipe under the kitchen sink 6 weeks ago first time in 30 years. I don't put scraps in the garbage disposal, I make my own compost. They came and started running the snake right away. After that they were ready to leave without even checking out. It didn't work. Another snake. Sort of cleared out. $195. I told them that it must be something to do with the plumbing under sink. They didn't care. They are not coming back now becasue it is past 30 days of the warranty. Stay away from this company.

They came for a clogged tub and toilet. Worked on the main drain. Next day was washing dishes and kitchen sink was clogged. It was working perfectly fine before they came. They must have backed it up while clearing the tub. Under 30 day warranty. They will not honor it and want to charge me more. Refused to fix it.

Do not use this company.
Our sink was clogged. Called the company. Two guys came early next morning. Unclogged the sink. Told us of some other issue which we didn't see nor have a problem, so ignored it.
Later in the day, found out that the hose connected to the faucet was shorter than usual. Found out that they had looped it around the pipes instead. Then when we tried to run our dishwasher, there was no water.
Called Speed Drain. No one picked up the phone even though it advertised 24-7 service. Got call back the next morning. Upon hearing the two issues, he immediately said that it was not his problem. He insisted that since they fixed the clogged sink, then they have fulfilled their service. Even though we tried numerous times to explain to him that the issues we're facing is a result of their slipshod work he kept saying "Not my problem!". He told us that he would come out and fix the problem but we would have to pay to have those two issues taken care off. We insisted that they caused those issues, so we are not paying them anymore money. He would not come that day because it was Thanksgiving even though we said that we have a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and we were having guests over for Thanksgiving. Whatever happened to 24-7 service plus our problems are a result of their incompetency. We fiddled around under the sink and discovered that they did not turn the water supply back on after they were done. Sadly, we had to wait until today to have the same two people come over even though the owner promised that he himself was coming to check it out. Mexican guy had major attitude when he was here. Even refused to take off his shoes and walked over our beige carpet. Tried denying that he touched the sink hose. Everything got fixed (I hope) and I never want to have to deal with Speed Drain Plumbing ever again.
Their workmanship and professionalism are atrocious. Their attitude stinks as badly as their skills. The least the owner could do when we called was to apologize for the issues they left us with and promise to come over and check it out instead of saying uncountable times that it is not his problem.
