Super easy process. Had Jeff come out and bid for a new AC/HEATER unit that was located on our roof.. gave us the best quote we received. So we moved forward with it.. they arrived 5 minutes early. And wasted no time getting to work. Entire unit was installed in 3-4 hours.. super professional and friendly. was cool getting to watch the crane come in.

Spoors came out to fix our dual zone furnace that wasn’t operating properly. The technician was thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He walked me through the repair and the operation once resolved. Super friendly to boot! I would definitely use Spoors again and recommend them to anyone.

I’m completely satisfied with my new mini-split system that Spoor’s installed. The job took 2 days for 3 guys to install. The guys were very polite & took time to lay out tarps to collect any mess and vacuumed before leaving both days. They test ran everything before leaving, making sure I knew how to operate everything. They answered all my questions & wrote down all my model numbers for me as requested. Great job!

Moved into an older home recently and not knowing much about my heater and ac, had been thinking about getting them serviced. I met “Spoors” at the Home Show in Auburn and was impressed. Friendly, honest, and prompt! We used Spoors to replace our AC system over the summer. We were very happy with their work and professionalism then. Spoors did the installation of our HVAC when we built our home in 2006 and have serviced ever since. Their techs have bee courteous and professional. They are even willing to go the extra mile, as when Jeff Spoor himself came out on Christmas Day to solve a heating issue. Great company!
