I was asked to take photos of the lock and door so that way the technician had the lock on the truck. When the technicians arrived the following day, they did not have the lock that was needed on the truck and was told that they would have to come back when they got the lock in hand. They charged me 85 days for the first day and $85 the second day they came back out for service call fees. 2nd fee should have NEVER been charged as I did what was asked.

In this case the company could always have to make a 2nd trip and charge!

These are about the most helpful people I have run across in a long time. I have a proprietary door access system that unfortunately they cannot service. However, she managed to find someone who would for me. She took the time to do research and make calls on my behalf even though it was very outside of the scope of responsibility. Very responsive and professional. I was at Honda manufacturing today interviewing for a job and locked my keys in my car. St. Clair Lock and Key came out and within 5 minutes I was on my way. I was worried about the price but was pleasantly surprised. Don't hesitate to call these guys. You can trust they won't rip you off.

Due to my absent mindedness, I have had to call St. Clair Lock and Key multiple times. They are always quick, and courteous and professional. They are also very reasonably priced, which is good for me since I seem to enjoy locking my keys in my car and office regularly.

I managed to lock myself out of my car on a cold, wet morning. They answered promptly, were incredibly good-natured, and got there quickly. He had my door open & key out in a jiffy. Very nice man, and I believe the price was quite fair for an early, rainy, cold Monday morning! Thank you!!

When I called, the receptionist sounded like she couldn't be more miserable with life. When I asked how much for a non transponder key she said, if "I knew what type of vehicle". I told her, "it's a 2005 Pontiac Vibe". She, and I repeat with no hesitations replied, "Do what?" ?Her dip breath stunk up my damn living room ?
