I was looking for a solution to replace my tired backyard lawn to reduce water usage and make the area look nice again. I saw an ad for System Pavers and requested an opportunity to meet with a designer since I didn’t exactly know what I wanted. I was so impressed when they called back within 5 minutes and scheduled our appointment with Darryl. When he came out we spent quite a bit of time discussing ideas, revising and then coming up with a really nice plan which did include pavers as well as turf. We were very impressed with Darryl’s professionalism and felt we were getting great value for the time he spent with us. After setting a start date, we met with Adrian the project manager and the process ran smoothly . There were a few bumps regarding tree roots but working together with Adrian & Darryl the crew was able to work around the issues to my satisfaction. I couldn’t believe how quickly the job was completed – the crew was hard working. The communication between Adrian and the crew chief really gave me confidence and they did everything they said they would. I am so pleased with the project. I would recommend System Pavers if you want a seamless process.

System Pavers transformed our medium-sized backyard into a much more functional and aesthetically pleasing space. Our original backyard had a mix of old, worn-out pavers, scattered rocks, and a decent-sized low-maintenance tree area. While it served its purpose, it wasn’t as usable or inviting as we had hoped.

Sarah, the designer, played a crucial role in bringing our vision to life. He meticulously reviewed the work before and during the installation, making sure no detail was overlooked. What stood out most was his flexibility—he was incredibly accommodating when we requested a few small last-minute changes, which made a significant difference in the final outcome.

We did a backyard project through system pavers. The whole experience was great starting from design with Garrett to working with our project manager, Jeremy.

Garrett was extremely patient with us during the planning phase and made sure we were happy with the choices we were making before committing.

Jeremy was instrumental in helping us with the actual build. We had some things we needed adjustment or fixing. All we had to do is send a quick text and Jeremy took care of the rest.

Overall we're really happy with the results and our neighbors have been commenting on how great it looks.

We are highly satisfied with our new backyard! We were a bit skeptical in using a larger company at first but we are so glad we did. You get what you pay for with System Pavers. The customer service, timeliness, professionalism, quality of product and warranty are nothing but excellent.

Our project manager Oscar was nothing short of wonderful! He had great communication with us throughout the whole experience. He was very professional and personable and really cared about our satisfaction as customers. He came to the job site over and over again, he even found small little areas that were not up to his standard and had the crew come back to fix it. It was such a pleasure working with Oscar, I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Our project consisted of a full demolition of concrete replaced with pavers along with a turf backyard and putting green. I was skeptical of turf for a long time and I am so glad that we took the plunge. We selected the highest grade of turf and it looks and feels great. My kids and dog love it!

In August of 2024, I called System Pavers with warranty items. I met first w Adrian who scheduled Alexis and his helper.

It was a tough job due to the steepness of the hill. The original job was completed in 2019 and was complex.

I am appreciative of how quickly the job was scheduled, the quality of the work and the tidiness of the job site plus the follow up on my questions.

We recently hired System Pavers to remodel our driveway and entranceway. We worked with Ron Willis as our Design Consultant and Adrian O'Donoghue as our Project Manager. Both gentlemen were excellent. From the initial consultations until the completion of the project, communication between the System Pavers team and ourselves was very good. The project was completed ahead of schedule thanks to the installers willingness to work weekends and in the rain. More importantly the quality of the work was exceptional and we are delighted with the end result. We looked at several different companies prior to deciding on System Pavers and could have chosen cheaper quotes, but in the end we were very happy with our decision. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to undertake a similar remodel.

System Pavers remodeled my back and front patios and a walkway around my house. The job helped with some drainage, tying in my downspouts with deck and channel drains to keep water away from the foundation. They worked very efficiently and quickly. The final look is so much nicer than it was before. The crew worked fast and was able to make some minor adjustments that I asked to have done along the way. They were even able to help with the removal and re-standing of my pergola awning, which I didn’t expect.
