Personal muy lentos para trabajar

Had a flat and was told there was only one maintenance person working, and he was on a call, so we'd have to wait 2 hours. Fortunately, we only had to wait about 30 minutes before we were put in a bay. The mechanic not only replaced our blown tire but also replaced another worn tire as well. Quick and professional. Thank you!

Today I wanted to do annual DOT inspection for my truck. Charged me $65.98 for DOT and failed my truck. There was no wait and I was happy driving my truck in to bay. The dot certified mechanic was a young guy he did inspection by the book and spraying soupy water on all air fittings, brake chambers and airbags. took more than an hour for truck inspection only no trailer. I noticed that he is a new mechanic. Finally he finished and he said he found 3 problems. My truck has no air leak and there's no hissing sound. Also there is acceptable air leak less than a 2psi per minutes. He says air dryer purge valve is leaking, My air dryer was purging. airbags are leaking, He was using a soupy water there was small bubbles. and oil pan gasket is leaking. OK there was no drips. Never coming back to service my truck here. rooky mechanics none proffesional. Now I understand why there was nobody servicing they're trucks here!

The employees are professional and nice. The weird guys casing cars and going through bushes are trollers about to steal anything they can get their disgusting dirty hands on. Be aware of the junkie pushing a lady in a wheelchair. He is not to be trusted as well his blonde friend "working" in the parking lot. He complained about me taking his photo while he was "working". NO he was casing and followed me. Creapy!!!

If you guys ever have a chance to avoid this service place please do so. Otherwise they will rip you off. The way they did it to me. I stopped by to change my oil guys over there they just replaced oil filter and said couldn’t change the oil because they can’t open the seal that hilarious. Obviously that was rip off cause they took money out of my pocket 300$. And the next day i stopped by some place which is not close to highway and dudeover there change my oil within 30 minutes and said it was super easy to open the seal and he says that kind of stuff happen a lot and they rip off people a lot too. And I understand those guys were young guys manager was just 21 year old dude. And techs were like 25 year old young guys obviously they want money and dinner wanna work.
So please decent truck driver don’t let your money ripped by these people

The gentlemen in the service store were cool and professional and everyone who works there are pretty friendly. However we arrived 4pm for an axle seal change that is taking about 4 hours with the wheels barely being put on at 07:50pm. For ONE axle seal... The gentleman who worked on our axle took way too much time to tear it apart, clean the parts, place the seal, put it together and mount the wheels. It was a friendly experience but too much time was lost on our way to Yuma. My only gain from this is hoping the next time someone comes in for the same issue, they get a much more time efficient experience with proper replacement of a seal. I would totally understand if it was 3 or all 4 seals. But for 1? It seemed a bit ridiculous.

Frist time I got in and out of a service center. Lalo was great nice and friendly. Got my truck in right away. EDDY the tech had me done in 15 mins. Just a muddy flap but most of the time you get held up for hours just to get a muddy flap fixed. Thank you guy for doing a good job.
