Tuve un accidente bastante fuerte lo traje aquí y se demoraron como unos tres meses creo que tienen demasiado trabajo por eso se demoran… con el trabajo terminado me doy cuenta que dejaron varios detalles en la alineación del Bomper y el cofre que estaban mal alineados y otros detalles en el interior tuve que ir varias veces para arreglar esos detalles y al final gracias a Miguel y compañía me lo dejaron como nuevo ,muy recomendado ,si tú coche te lo dejan con algún detalle que no te gusto busca a Miguel es el mejor

Total job took about 30days to complete repair of door jam, bumper& driver fender from wreck, but just wish communication was a little better but overall great service and on point paint job!! If I have to do business again, hopefully (not another accident anymore) I’ll choose them again! Thanks Team Gillman Collision! & Team Mazda on tire!

To be honest I have no idea where to begin. I used this collision repair simply because I thought it was part of the Subaru/Tillman family and things would get done right. I was called and told my vehicle was officially ready for pick up. I get there and trim pieces were missing, I had parts from other vehicles in my car. The car had mud on it due to the accident, it was never washed off correctly and now it permanently stained the vehicle. Now, there seems to be powder dust that I never noticed on top of the car from when they were sanding it down which was never noticed at first because I cannot see that high up on an SUV. There are stains of oily finger prints in the car from them working on it. We took the car home and realized it was missing the trunk liner, as I had the rubber mats throughout my car. I was given the run around about receiving a replacement until a manager was involved. Very disappointed in how everything was handled. Zero stars if I could. Would not recommend this place as the communication is not their best quality and neither is their work.

Gillman Collision representative has an unpleasant habit of speaking with no professionalism. Has a ugly attitude, talks over me while Im talking. Calls with demands. The first time I gave her benefit that everyone has a bad day. But she called me today with the same attitude. I never met Abby in my life but obviously she has an issue with me unless shes like that with everyone. Either way I wouldnt deal with It. Seems like she just wants to collect money from insurance and horrible service in return. Ill take my car else where.

My car had all four wheels stolen and the window smashed, I took it here to be repaired.

It took two weeks to repair what should have been as simple as replacing the window and all four wheels. Everyday I called to check if it was ready they told me "it will be ready tomorrow".

Once it was "repaired" I noticed they had neglected to replace the wheel locks, forgot to install the window seals on the passenger side, and when I rolled down the window the regulator scratched off the tint.

I took it back to be fixed and it once again took several days and my car window still rattles when I drive down the highway.

Please save yourself the trouble and do not come here to get your vehicle repaired.

I have never had an issue with anything because of his expert advice and attention to detail.
