Never bring you car here for a repair estimate it will cost you approx 1500 dlls fir anything good luck if you want to take your car for a 2nd oppinion after, they will do anything in their power to keep your business even if you dont authorized.

Edgar dont say anything about the expensive fees for a job estimate they will avoid to talk about it.

Instead he says we will not repair and order parts till you authorized mentioned 2 times cause this is your vehicle!! but they will start repairs and they will order parts before they even get an approval from you like the law allows you.

Nunca traiga su auto aqui para adquirir un estimado de reparacion no te dicen que te cobraran tanto como 1500 dlls solo por saber que cuesta reparar el negocio que ellos piensan ganar contigo, suerte despues de dejar aqui tu auto y tratar de llevar tu auto a otro lugar para 2da opinion, haran todo lo que sea posible para supercobrarte tanto por asamblar de nuevo tu auto y que te lo lleves a otro lado aunque solo sea remover una defensa.

Cuidado no lo traigas aqui, Edgar te dice no vamos a reparar o ordenar nada hasta que usted nos autorize lo menciona varias veces porque es tu auto!!!
y evitan hablarte de los costos de estimados para despues cobrarte lo maximo para que no te lleves tu auto a otro lado como lo petmite la ley.

I'm writing this review with steam practically coming out of my ears. My brand-new model 3 had a minor scratch from falling a tree branch.
First the estimate was a joke and then the wait time. They initially told me one week. One week turned into four. Finally, after four agonizing weeks, I got my car back. The paint job was subpar. The car was not even charged and just had enough charge to get me home.
This Tesla Collision Center is a rip-off and a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Zero stars if I could.

I had to buff out an area on my Tesla Y. The staff at the Aliso Viejo service center couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! They said it would take 30/40 min to do and sure enough it was done in that ti e frame with a nice text reminder that my vehicle was done. They did a great job! Easy 5 star review for everyone that assisted me yesterday! ?

My brand new car was ruined by the service tech over buffing the panel of the driver side door when I reported a scratch. This was a brand new vehicle upon delivery day. I hadn't even driven the car off the lot. So, I had to report the issue to Tesla for my car to be painted after the fiasco of what the Buena Park Tesla dealership did to the car. My car was serviced at aliso Viejo and I'm not a painter or an auto repair/collision mechanic but even I know to tape windows, floors, and anything you don't want paint to get on.

Well, you would think these people would have the same common knowledge on how paint works and to tape off windows! Apparently not! I now have paint all over my windows (driver side, passenger side, sunroof, windshield and back window) as well as on the door handles, brake lights, headlights and black trim. This car is only 3 weeks old and 1.5 of those weeks it was in body shop of aliso Viejo from December 28, 2023 to January 9, 2024!

I'm pretty mad and don't trust this location and don't advise you to take it here if you have an option.

Also they managed to lose my car key. I’m not quite sure how you lose a car key with the person’s initials on it! See attached photos.

Update 02/21/2024

I had to return my car for service due to the overspray from this body shop. The car was out of my possession for almost 4 weeks! From January 26 to February 21. When they brought back the car, their way of “fixing” the overspray on the windows, trims, door handles and mirrors was to scratch it off with steel wool. I have scratch marks on the windows and mirrors now. Somehow they also managed to scratch the paint of the car and the center console in the process. They brought back my car with scratch marks on all 7 windows, side mirrors, center console and interior driver side door paint and placard. Not to mention they returned the car with an orange spot of paint on the sunroof. They also scratched the passenger side trim. See pictures attached

I was in minor crash and needed a fix for the scratches. My experience at Tesla Collision couldn’t be nicer. The front desk staff was courteous and attentive to my needs. Joseph was extra helpful not only by keeping me informed about progress on my estimate , repairs, and insurance etc but ensuring rides for me too. I got my car back earlier than I expected. I would easily recommend this service to anyone who needs work on their Tesla.

I would like to share my experience of interacting with this service. After a hit to the driver's door of my Tesla, I was given an appointment in three weeks at this service, but the employees wrote to me that if something became available earlier, they would inform me. And two days later they invited me to hand over the car for repairs, which I did. Employee Gary Janzen, when handing over the car, told me not to worry and they would take care of everything, he fully explained that they would check what repair options were possible and how long it would take. He said step by step what would happen in the future until the repair. I would also like to separately note Amen, who, in accordance with my insurance, gave me another car to replace, he was also very friendly and professional. The entire further process was exactly as Gary described, only the repair was finished a few days early and I was invited to pick up the car! It was like new! Gary told me everything and answered all my questions! I am very grateful to him and all the employees of this service. 6 stars and a lot of positive emotions! Gary is the man! Keep it up and I recommend it to everyone!

Repaired a small dent above the wheel well from a runaway shopping cart blown by the wind. It looks good as new. The center also cleaned up my car inside and outside which I didn't expect, but it was nice.

Great service! Frances was very helpful and knowledgeable, she called me to bring in the car a week earlier than what was scheduled on the app. She made sure to address all my conerns with the car. In less than 2 weeks I had the car back brand new again. Also, Frances made sure to teach me some other good tricks with the car's settings and functionality. I'm very happy with the service especially that she took care of the car and covered the white seats not to get damaged with paint!
