Locksmith was a half hour late, charged $441 to replace a doorknob and had no ID or proof of company affiliation. Took photos of my driver's license and the back of my debit card and took off when I questioned him about it. Workmanship was shoddy and I have to check my account daily to make sure they're not ripping me off further. Company should not send technicians to jobs without ID, proof of company affiliation or operable credit card readers.

This is a A1, top notch business. I had a wonderful experience working with Efrain he was courteous and friendly and he took special care to help me through a sticky situation. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to call them if I ever need this type of service again.

Extremely grateful! My son lost my Jaguar’s key. I called several places and most gave me outrageous quotes or they didn’t have keys for European cars. One even asked me to get my car towed to Riverside! I’m glad I found these guys local (High Desert). They’re professional and reasonable.

Fast and Excellent Service. Fair priced and friendly. I requested a quote, and was able to get the work done in less than 24 hours. 3 keys cut to fit perfect. They also programmed the transponder chips for my Nissan Xterra. Would definitely recommend. Best in the High Desert!!

Locked myself out of my 2020 international, called and was told he'd be there in about 45 minutes. He showed up in maybe 35. Very quick and the price was pretty reasonable considering everyone over prices literally everything for commercial vehicles.
If it happens again while I'm in the area, I'll definitely call again.
Edit: unlike any other service people provide.. if you ask the person how to do something others say they cant show you, but Efrain showed me how to use the slim Jim, so if it happens again I'll have a fighting chance before needing assistance!
