Did not end up getting my repair done with these guys, but wanted to give them a nod for their integrity. I came in for a quote for a small dent on the rear quarter panel of my car, hoping to see if PDR could take care of it.

Unfortunately they said they wouldn't feel comfortable with PDR in this particular situation due to the awkward location, aluminum construction, and sharp crease. They happily provided me with a quote for body work/paint but didn't stop there.

They also referred me to Ray at Dent Specialist and told me to check with him on a PDR approach, and that if anyone could do it for my car, it would be him. Even at the cost of business for themselves, honesty goes a long way. I am sure that they would have done an excellent job on my car and wouldn't hesitate to bring it back to them for body work if needed in the future.

Lowest price but best package of services. I went in for an estimate on repairing a deep dent in the hood, but Mike put a package together that included replacing a broken taillight and minor fender dent. All for a lower price than what the other guys wanted for just doing the hood dent.

This shop is the real deal. Honest, excellent customer service, and fair pricing. While visiting CA we had damage to a car we were borrowing. We wanted to return the car to the owner damage free and Mike and Mark worked us in and had the car back to us looking amazing almost as soon as we brought it in. They REALLY took care of us and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to have body work done.

About 3 years ago my new car got a big door ding in a parking lot. Not knowing what to do, I called my car detailer who told me to call Mike at The Dent Shop. That was the best advice ever. Mike was able to POP the dent out. It was truly amazing that there was no sign of this big ding when he was done. About a year later, I was back at Mike's shop for another door ding on the other side of the car. Once again Mike was able to pop the ding out. And this week, I was back for a 3rd ding. This one was the worst of all and in a tough spot, but Mike was able to pop it out. I'm so incredibly grateful for his fair pricing and incredible skill. I thought body shops only did big jobs and had to fill and paint dings. Well that is not always the case. Even though my job is super small compared to most of their body work jobs, Mike never makes me feel like that. He makes me feel like I am a valued customer and that my dings are just as important as all his other jobs. There is nothing better than going to pick up the car and see that Mike was able to make the ding disappear. Thank you Mike! I highly recommend The Dent Shop for their excellent customer service and excellent work! I sure hope I don't get a 4th ding, but if I do, I will go back to The Dent Shop because if anyone can get it out, it will be Mike.
