Exceptional Service and Technicians

I chose The Electric Company of Wasilla, AK, owned by Brandon R., to install an 18kW Guardian Series Generator after getting several quotes from Generac approved installers in my area. I based my decision on his prompt response to perform a site survey, his obvious knowledge and professionalism, reviews from other customers, and the detailed estimate he provided for the work to be done which included having the natural gas line installed by a professional Heating contractor.

I don’t regret my decision to have The Electric Company install my Generac generator! From the moment I accepted his quote on the 25th of October to the activation of the generator on the 12th of December, I’ve been impressed with how easy it has been to reach out to Brandon with various questions and to get updates on shipping and installation. Also, he has some great technicians working for him. His crew were incredibly friendly and professional and I couldn’t be more pleased with the clean installation! The fact that it was very cold and the ground is covered in snow didn’t deter the Electric Company guys and the Heating guys from completing a clean and professional looking install.

I would whole heartedly recommend Brandon R and the Electric Company of Wasilla, AK. 5 STARS aren’t enough, I would give 10 STARS if I could.

PLEASE BE ADVISED!
This has to be the most non-professional company I’ve worked with. They bid a job that was far out of their scope of work. If they’re cheap, it’s not because they’re good. They were never on time, they held up the entire job and were constantly redoing things due to lack of knowledge & understanding. Now that they’ve cut power and fled the job site, we’re working to get everything back in order. Almost every circuit had to be re-phased, re-pulled and properly labeled. Everything they did was a bad job. Brandon(owner) sold himself well in the beginning but quickly confirmed suspicions. His racial degradation from him and his staff is something that was prevalent throughout the entire job. Total disregard for electrical code, safety and zero respect of the other trades. I will continue to upload photos of their lack of craftsmanship/skill.

The best thing they've done was clean up and make their way back to Wasilla.
