This is the best company that was dispatched to fix our plumbing issues. Cares about the work they do and it’s not a rush job!! Quality work and very professional. By far the best service we’ve ever had!!! Everyone was nice!!! From the Secretary Janessa, Brandon came out first to see what needed done and then Mike came and finished the work and made sure I was happy with all that was done!!! This business is the best!!!

I definitely do not recommend The “Honest” Plumber! Our water heater needed to be replaced so we went through our home warranty and they sent a technician from this company out. The time slot for our appointment was 8-12 and of course Tyler was running late. When he finally arrived I was told the job would take about an hour to an hour and half. He struggled to get the job done, I have cameras in my backyard and he really seemed to not know what he was doing looking back at the footage he looked extremely confused. He struggled for about 4 hours needing to leave and come back with more parts. Then at the end of the day he knocks on the door to tell me that in order to use the hot water heater I needed an extension cord to run from there to the closest power outlet about 5 feet away from the water heater. Also turned out he needed to come back the following day to finish the job. He asked what time worked for me and we made the appointment for 10am.
The follow day 10am rolled around 10:30 comes and he was a no show. No phone call or anything so I called him and no answer. I finally call the office and the lady who answered the phone told me he was in Tehachapi and he had said he could come at the end of the day. I was not comfortable with that because I didn’t trust him to come finish the job being that he has already lied at this point. Finally at about 4:30 a different technician comes to finish the job and again we are responsible for finding an electrician to place a power outlet for the unit to be plugged in. We were not told this prior to getting the work done! So now we have an extension cord running outside just so we can have hot water. Tyler has ignored my husband’s multiple calls. This is an extremely shady business that cares nothing for their customers. Stay away from this sorry company!

These plumbers are a joke. I was assigned them through my home warranty company American Home Shield. I had a clogged drain. I paid my service fee of $125. The plumber came out and snaked my shower & told me he couldn’t get the clog undone. He asked if I had a main drain clean out. I let him know I didn’t know if I did because I was never shown one when I moved into the house. We both walked around my house and I showed him a box that had an opening under it that we never knew what it was . So he proceeded to take off the lid and tell me “oh no that’s not the main drain clean out” he told me if we pay extra money he could go on the roof and snake my vent from the roof but I had to pay extra because the warranty company doesn’t cover him going on the roof. I told him it’s ok , I’ll think about it . He left and we had to hire another plumber at (A3 plumbing) the next day of $225. Which he was awesome. He came out and did the same , snaked my shower and my main drain vent on my roof , he couldn’t get the clog unclogged. So he was determined to find my main drain clean out the one that’s on the ground , we looked for a while of trying to find it with no success at first. So we started looking once more and I took him over to the same exact box I showed the plumber from The Honest Plumber & he lifted the lid and right away said “dude this is your main drain clean out”

So I would never hire any plumber from this company. How could u look at the main drain clean out and tell me that’s not it. That’s literally the basic info you should know as a plumber is how to identify a main drain clean out.

I got them contracted and through American home shield. I got hung up on. We didn’t have a shower for weeks. The man that I talked to was rude on the phone and not personable in person. Said he would come back to finish the job and I didn’t hear back at all. I had gave him 1000$ in cash and didn’t hear anything after 2 weeks, I called them and I guess I got pushed to the done pile.

Got my water heater replaced this morning with Ricky Leigh, He came on time, answered all our questions .the job was done quickly and well. Ricky was awesome ,Thanks to him we now know who to hire for our future plumbing projects.

Absolutely do not use this company! If you do choose to go against my advice I highly recommend you request someone other than Tyler.
He will do an incomplete job and then be a complete JERK when a request is made to come fix the issue that he left undone.

Great experience. From my initial contact with the office staff to completion of the job. Tyler (the plumber) was knowledgeable and friendly also. Highly recommend. I compared what they quoted me with other plumbers and they were cheaper on top of it! Thanks guys
