My complex no longer work with this company. However, I had no knowledge that their business relationship was ending. I had a significant credit on my account and they have yet to return my money. First, they tell me, the check was returned. I verified my address although, they had no problem getting the bills to me. Then they tell me. I will receive the check by the 21st of the month, it's the 26th. I still have no received my dang refund. Where is muy freaking money?

If I could give this company a negative 5-star review, I would. This company is absolutely horrible to deal with.

1st - let's talk about communication. There isn't any except the bill they send you every month.

2nd - If you miss a payment - do they flag your account and contact you to inquire why you didn't pay NO!! Instead they put a $15.00 late fee for no payment. $15.00 extra for doing absolutely nothing. At least Comcast calls to speak to you.....Comcast is nicer to deal with....and that says quite a bit

3rd - Then when you try to pay online, you might have to reset your password each and every time you log in because your password and account was marked as "inactive".

4th - Once you have your payment ready to go, they charge you an extra $4.70 or so "electronic payment convenience fee". Look "electronic payment convenience fee" might have been the normal business operations in 1991 but this is 2020, get with the time folks. This is literally the only company have to deal with that has a "electronic payment convenience fee". It's completely ridiculous.

Horrific company. My apartment's use this company for their utilities. I have lived here now for 3 months, and they are trying to tell me that I've only paid for 1 month. I have sent in bank statements, photo proof, and anything else they have requested from me to show I did pay. It took one of their representatives over 5 times of me repeatedly saying "I sent the check in already" before she replied with "Sorry, I didn't realize you had already sent in the check"

They are messing with my credit score, they are making me look bad, and they have oblivious employees that offer no help other than helping with stress and headaches. If I could swap utility companies, I would in a heartbeat.

Comcast is better customer support than this company. That's saying something. The whole internet hates them.

Wrote a check and sent it through the mail during this social distancing thing.. For whatever reason they didn't get it and I was charged a late fee $15 and charged extra. This company is b.s and Idk why my apartment in MINNEAPOLIS does business in CA!! I've literally never not paid my bill. I will be calling tomorrow.
