Our furnace wasn't heating properly and our visit from TMI was super prompt, within 2 hours. Brandon Lamar was super helpful when answering all our questions. He let us know everything about the maintenance plans, warranty, changing filters, in both the furnace and humidifier, best times of the year to call for maintenance, and who to talk to about VIP plans. Very nice and very professional.

Eric Hamer was very professional and capable. He explained everything he was going to do before he started. After he was finished, he ran through the work, had us check it out, and explained how to adjust the fill valve. Excellent employee, he has done other jobs at our house (installed a water heater a few years ago) and we know we can trust the work that he does.

Tom from TMI discovered that the main house drain was nearly plugged--I was totally unaware of it. He cleaned it out, and what a difference. Then he fixed a couple of faucets as well. Very knowledgeable, extremely competent, and a great sense of humor besides. Very pleased anytime I call TMI: prompt, polite, and great to work with.

Highly recommend! I worked with Woody for the estimates for 2 furnace installs. He was a pleasure and made the whole process very easy and smooth. He was very patient with all my questions. They were excellent to work with while we got our financing figured out. Kathy at the office was very pleasant over the phone when she reached out about billing. Chad and Eric (and the other installer-can't remember his name) were super nice and professional during the installations. We will definitely be using them again in the future for any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs!
