My car had been backed into, I took my car to Toms the next day and got a estimate and then booked my appointment for November 10th, my car was in the shop for 5 days. Toms team was professional, kind, courteous, and timely. They answered any questions I had. I also have 3 dogs so when I handed my car over it was pretty covered in hair, not only did I get it back looking like new on the outside, they also detailed the inside and washed it for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done, you are definitely in good hands!

Very polite and professional. I needed a estimate on my car door and went by other reviews about the company. Hands down this company is amazing. My insurance company wants me to go with their recommendations but I'm finding out how to take it back to Tom's Auto Body for my repair!

Went in and got an estimate. Told I was on a waiting list to have the job done, called back monthly to see when I could get in, 4 months later said sure bring it in now. Bring it in, 2 days later they call and say they can't do the job and to just come pick up the truck. This is a normal F-150 truck. Mind blowing the absolute waste of my time, they seemed to just care less about. Do not waste your time here.

I cant say enough good things about this business! From the friendly/helpful receptionist up front to Matt and the other workers. Matt was.wonderful to deal with and treated me with the utmost respect and was willing to go the extra mile to get my vehicle back to me. My bumper looks fantastic so props to the painter for a great job. Also, I would like to say thank you to whomever cleaned and washed my vehicle. After 3 trips to MN, several grandkids and daughter and 2 shedding dogs it wasn't the cleanest. I will be letting everyone I know about this place. THANK YOU for the great service.

Excellent customer service - Angie is fabulous!

Matt was great getting my sons car in after being hit by a neighbor, work completed and returned extremely fast (slowest part was waiting on parts!).

Spent a lot of time going over mechanical options - as if I was part of the family - not trying to get me for more money than necessary.

Car looked amazing!

We have a super delopitated 98 jeep. Door would close. They said we really needed a new door, but like I said...it's a 98 and on its last leg. So, we told them we probably wouldn't fix it. They said they could do a "good enough job" so we wouldn't have to junk it. They worked some magic and got it to open and close on the cheap. They're right, it does need a new door, they weren't trying to upsell us or hose us. We appreciate them working outside the norm to help us out.

Can't say enough about Tom's, great experience. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Shane was awesome with all his knowledge to find everything we needed to care of our truck. Courtesy and caring staff (Angie and Dan) are always welcoming. The body work was great. Would never go anywhere else.

GREAT auto body shop. Spent less than an hour there and cannot say enough about how wonderful this shop is. Buttt I'll try anyways haha. Very welcoming walking in and Shane (who helped me with my car) is intelligent, resourceful and very kind. Watched him as he was working and I felt very comfortable having him take care of my car. Was recommended to this place by 2 other shops and I see why - could not recommend this place enough!! If you have to drive a little farther I would say it is worth it if you are trying to find a genuine shop that does good work.
