I don’t recommend using this business on any type of open ended hourly rate. I had them install the rough in water system, rough in gas and hook up an on demand water heater for a small apartment. They agreed to do this for time + cost of materials.

They were very inefficient and logged excessive hour to complete a very small job.

They came and went repeatedly and the job dragged over multiple days. They charged me for driving time as they did this. As I watched the progress it was incremental and seemed like they weren’t spending more than a few hours there at a time.

Expect them to excessively mark up material costs. They charged me twice as much as the materials costed at Home Depot.

Needless to say this job ended up costing twice what I believe was fair.

I don’t recommend them.

They were very professional and kind. I have an old boiler and they were able to fix it and they didn’t try to sell me a brand new one. Unlike a local very well known company here in town that tried to tell me that I needed to buy a brand new boiler system. They are Just good down to earth people. They called me to ensure I was happy with them and their services. I highly recommend them! I can’t say enough about them!

Worst company I've ever done business with. When they show up to the job site ill prepared, then charge you for the time for going back to the shop (twice they had to leave to get stuff, when you come out a week before the job to evaluate what you will need to have to get the job done... then charge the customer for your "oops, forgot something". Just know, the clock is still "running" while they sit in your driveway eating lunch @ $250 an hour. Then, charge your credit card 2 grand for a $900 job. But, you don't know they over changed untill it's to late, the CC company can't do anything, They ignore the BBB, they ignore you. And they'll erase this review like they did my last one. If this is a new company (owner) contact me. I had to select 1 star because there isn't a zero star.

In response to the response received: 2 people @ $125 each, was costing me $250 an hour to watch them eat (unbeknownst to me at the time).

When it was time to pay the bill, I was told the "system" was down, they would email me a receipt, so I went ahead and gave the tech my CC info in good faith. Took over a week, after prodding, to get it. Tooooo late to contest it through the CC company, and treated very dismissive by the owner. As for the tech who did the work, nice to know he is no longer working for you, but now we don't know where he's at. That still doesn't make amends to how this matter was and still being "handled" I see.
