On the way to GC, a sign alerted us that the air pressure in the right rear tire was dropping. We searched for an auto garage on Google and received excellent, attentive service. The technician discovered a large nail embedded in the tire! Grateful for his expertise and the fair pricing.

My wife and I were on our way back south to Phoenix when a low oil light came on in our very new, low mileage vehicle. Luckily we were about 5-10 miles out from Tuba City.

Upon arrival at Tuba City Auto, the mechanic on duty told me he could check the car out in a couple of minutes, which was actually only a couple of minutes. He clearly diagnosed the low oil and topped us off, free of charge.

Auto mechanics have a stigma or stereotype of being deceptive and interested in upselling customers at every turn. This did not happen at Tuba City Auto, when my wife and I were clearly at the mercy of the team at this garage.

I'll be forever grateful for the level of service and outright compassion that I received at this garage and wish the team a lifetime of success with this business.

Experiences like this are extremely rare anywhere in our modern world, thank you for helping us get back on the road immediately.

Stopped because our passenger window wouldn’t go up. Mechanic gave a quick look and tugged to no avail, recommended checking in Flagstaff as parts were likely limited. Little did he (Chuck?) know that 2 miles down the road it decided to go up and we were back in business! Thank you for listening and a divine touch to save the day!

This auto repair shop is now converted into a laundromat by the same owner, place is clean and well kept. The machines are new and clean, good place to do your laundry and there's also a snack shop inside too.

Awesome and affordable. Mechanic called me to make sure I knew he needed more time so I was aware of more charges. Loved that he informed me instead of just giving me a huge bill without me knowing. Awesome customer service and funny workers. Haha.
