I had a very good customer service experience with United fleet. We agreed to 112 dollar price over the phone to diagnose a check engine light on my Mercedes sprinter van and when I got there they were able to clear the codes and since there was no service needed at this time they didn't charge me even though I had already agreed to give them 112 dollars. Nice to see some integrity and compassion in the auto service industry!

This was my first time at United Fleet. My husband has been coming here for awhile, and he highly recommended it for my oil change. Chris was extremely friendly, and service was quick and efficient! I waited about 30 minutes total for my oil change. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family for any auto needs!

United Fleet in Pleasant Hill goes above and beyond. Chris is seriously the nicest man I’ve ever met. I recently had my vehicle in for some unexpected repairs and they were very understanding when my warranty company tried and succeeded in playing hardball. They assisted me in communicating with them and making sure I wasn’t getting the short end of the stick. They were gracious in getting me anything I needed and within a reasonable amount of time. Even though they’re slammed (which is obvious by the constant amount of cars in their lot), they had my car in and out within a day and a half. I won’t say I’m excited to go back, because that means $$$ are being spent, but I will certainly be a loyal and returning customer.

This is the best place for car repairs, hands down! Dave and his team take care of you. I needed work on my transmission. I got two quotes and United Fleet beat them both. I have trusted these guys for years with my car and now have other family and friends doing the same. Quality service, fair price and they give back to the Community!

Ive always had a great experience with these guys until now. Quoted 450 for a wheel bearing job when i arrived to pay bill was 600. Also now suddenly there is a $62 inspection fee for road testing the car after they did the repair. Been coming here for around 3 yrs never paid that before. I will say they have always did great work but kinda let down with the shady billing this time

After my van broke down while out of town I went to the place across the street...they were going to charge me over $1000 to replace the battery and alternator! I called these guys and they were very helpful. They were over $400 cheaper, went and picked up my car at no charge and got it done in a just a couple hours! Great customer service, highly recommend!

They do good work. Haven't sold me anything that i don't need. Very quick on oil changes. I recommend the 5 oil change card for $25 that are sold as fundraisers. Great deal.
