Valley Autobody did an amazing job repairing our RV. you would never even know it was in an accident. They took care of everything with the insurance company and kept us updated on the status of things. I have attached 2 before and 2 after pics of there work.

What an amazing experience I had at Valley Auto Body from start to finish. I am very thankful to a friend who referred me to Destry and his talented team. The professionalism, teamwork, timely communication, and efficiency is second to none, and honestly very refreshing. If you know, you know, but if you don't, the amount of work that it takes to go from picture 1 to picture 2 is a lot. I will use Valley Auto Body for all my future needs and encourage my friends to do the same.

Excellent service! I brought my vehicle in for non insurance work (1999 Jeep Cherokee) and was given a very reasonable quote. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to superb quality. The also lightly detailed the interior of my vehicle ensure it it was clean when it was picked up. The work was completed for the quoted price with no surprises on my bill at all. In addition to the quality work the customer service was great as well. Friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend Valley Auto Body to anyone in the MatSu Valley who needs quality work at a fair price.

Despite being busy season and down helpers I got my car back in a timely fashion and cleaner than when it arrived (it was pretty clean to begin with!). The owner was super polite, reasonable, and helpful. I never once felt like my problem didn't matter. Thanks for taking such good care of my car during this repair process. I always thought insurance claims would be a nightmare but I am confident that this shop and it's staff are the biggest reason this transition went so smoothly.

The shop was awesome and very communicative. Got my Subaru that was side swiped all fixed up and they even did a detailed cleaning! So nice and I would definitely use them again for my future needs!

Very poor business tactics. Our Insurance referred us to them and it took nearly 3months to get it in the shop due to ordering parts. They had our Truck scheduled for a drop off in the beginning of March. We dropped it off after hours due to our work schedule. The next day we were called stating the parts have not been delivered yet. So in July we got notified they came in but there was still a part they were havinga hard time finding. We called the vehicles local Dealer and they stated they can order the parts for us. Called Valley Auto and told them we "found" the parts for them. Obviously they didn't look hard enough ?. Anyway, we had a scheduled drop off again beginning of July. They had 2 weeks to get this together. Here it's AUGUST and still not done! WTH are they doing there?!! In the mean time we had to get a Rental to commute to work. And they are "Jacking" up the costs too. Meanwhile the Insurance Companies dont care or are not aware of this. If you don't understand that this Business is "SHADY" after reading all the BAD reviews. Then it on you to go there. O' and nothing we can do cause they were paid up front from our Insurance on the estimate.
