I highly recommend this shop. I had checked with four different locksmiths across Chico and nobody had the right key template to replicate the key to my old-fashioned garage door handle that had snapped in half. I walked into Valley Lock and Safe and they had cut three new keys for me in under five minutes for only $12. It’s a clean, professional shop, and clearly very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience, and I will highly recommend them to friends and family when they run into unusual/obscure key situations!

This place is amazing. I have been using them for all my lock and key needs since 2016. They are very friendly, very fast and efficient, and most of all affordable. I recently went into their new location, the same building, just over to the right. I highly recommend this place for your lock and key needs.

I called around and I got 4 quotes ranging from $70 - $120. I went to Valley lock and safe and they fixed my lock in 1 hour and charged me only $20. They were very nice.

Everything about this business is to be commended. We had an unusual situation. We had a lock that needed to be opened so our friend, who was house sitting for us, could get in the house. We called Valley Lock and Safe (VLS) arranged for the job to be done despite our not being there personally (we're on vacation, remember? ). They understood our predicament, immediately went to meet our friend at the house, got the job done, and then called us for payment. Other companies wouldn't do it unless the credit card was at the job site. All interactions with VLS were professional but friendly and even though we weren't there at the job site, they worked with us. 1Yup. They earned a life timeI I customer in my husband and me.
