I was locked out of my apartment around 11pm so I called a friend for help and he referred me to Vaajar business group. No longer than 20 min later they came to open my door and started installing the new locks. They even came back the next morning before I get to work to install the missing parts. They did an amazing job at a very good price. Thank you very much

I am very impressed with Jay's professionalism, honesty, empathy, and last but NOT least, his kindness. Not only he did an excellent job replacing my locks because I lost my keys, but he had also nice and comforting words to cheer me up. I am spending my holiday in Los angles. Last night, on my way back to hotel I got locked out of my car. It was 2 am. I called several lock smiths within the area. No one could make it at that time of the night, although they were 24/7. Finally I called Vajaar group and Jay responded my call immediately. Awesome guy and wonderful service. They arrived in less than 15 minutes. Took care of my car quickly and super professional. I am so satisfied with their service and the fare price. Definitely recommend them.

I called with a last minute request and jay was able to set up an appointment. The day of, Dan showed up earlier than expected, waited patiently while the sheriff arrived ( it was sheriff eviction ) and he did unlock door very quickly without any damage on my lock, if you’ve ever need locksmith for any reason I’d definitely recommend them.

When our family had an emergency with a locked door inside our home, I contacted half-a-dozen locksmiths via voice message or web forms, and I'm glad that Jay was the first professional to respond. He was so easy to work with because he was calm and friendly, and of course, professional. Jay was prompt and he worked efficiently - even using his own tools to vacuum the debris caused by drilling holes through one of our doors to change out the locks. He was honest and transparent with his pricing, and he even came back the next day to change out a part that we wanted to upgrade - only charging us for materials. We would gladly work with Jay again.
