Byron was amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable. He helped finish the installation of my Warmboard Comfort system. Hes been working on Warmboard systems since the company first started - second person certified as an installer in the country. Not only did he help finish the install but he was kind enough to share his knowledge and answer my endless questions about the system and other systems. He also helped walk me through how to use and maintain the system.

Originally we had planned for 2 site visits but Byron was able to finish everything in a single visit due to his expertise and years of experience working efficiently on these systems.

You wont find anyone better! Scheduling was easy and so is payment. Highly recommend!

Literal tears of joy! We originally called out a quick drain snake company when our toilet was backing up into our bathtub. Yuck! The guy came out and spent maybe five minutes “trying his best” then tried to sell us on a bunch of other stuff. Then my husband called Wade’s Plumbing. David and Bruce spent HOURS scoping, diagnosing, snaking, and finally digging to fix our problem and saved us tens of thousands of dollars. They were so kind and understanding. They took them time to explain, to a plumbing dummy like me, all my silly little questions. Completely put my mind at ease. Plumbing can be scary and expensive, but I am so incredibly grateful and cannot say enough great things about this company and our experience.

Cory from Wade's came to the rescue during the January storms. We had a broken sewer pipe under the house that had been leaking for some time. He hooked me up with the local biohazard team to clean that mess out in 48 hours. Nobody was available during this time and were booked out weeks/months. Then we went to town to replace all the sewer lines under the house and out to the sidewalk. So I would never need to deal with this again. The work was extensive and completed in a professional manner. Cory's team for my job included Miguel, Bruce, Indie and Ben who worked in a positive manner, and were happy to answer all my many questions.

I hired Wade's Plumbing to install an engineered/enhanced treatment system. They worked with the designer I had already started working with to get this job completed in a timely manner.
They were a pleasure to work with. The communication with them was amazing. They always kept me in the loop, either with texts or calls. They also answered any and all questions I had and did not hesitate to take the time to explain whatever I was curious about which I greatly appreciated.
It has been a few months since the system was completed and I have not had any issues with it, but if I did, I would feel confident that I could call Wade's and they would respond and get it resolved very quickly.
The cost of this job was also on par with several other companies I had submit bids for it.

I’d give this company 10 stars if I could. My wife called me while I was at work on Saturday. She told me that the water heater had a leak. Being at work, I couldn’t get home for another 10 hours, so this is where Wade’s Plumbing and Septic comes into play. I told my wife to contact an emergency plumbing service to see if they could come out and resolve the issue. My wife and I prefer going with local businesses so she called Wade’s emergency hotline. Within 10 minutes of making the call, their on call technician and manager Cory McClemings was at our house, had the water shut off and was doing the inspection. Yeah he was that fast… no lie. Ok yes he is one of my neighbors, but still he was on it quick, fast and in a hurry. After his inspection, he informed us that the water heater was dead in the water….. yes pun intended. Cory told my wife that the heater we had was a 2005 model, served us well, but would need to be replaced. He drained the remaining water from the tank and shut off the gas line to get us to a state of safety. Cory got us quotes for both a 50 gallon unit and a tankless system with and with out a recirculating system. Opting for the Tanked unit, Cory and his team mate Miguel, had it installed by Tuesday 01/24/2023 morning. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the performance and dedication of these guys. They were professional, punctual, courteous, friendly and left the work area clean. Thank you guys. Cory and Miguel, you guys are awesome.

This is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Where do I even begin? I was in a serious pickle after the 2022 storms and was stuck with a broken septic system. The company owner, Byran, was extremely attentive to the situation and helped me research multiple different repair options at different price points. From the beginning, it was evident that Wades was there to help me every step of the way, from diagnosis, permitting, repair, and inspection. I had a ton of questions along the way and Byron was always eager and willing to help me out. The job the team did was fantastic and they did it at a competitive price point. The county inspector gave them great praise for quality of work. I give Wades plumbing my strongest recommendation, you will be very happy if you choose them for your work.

I don't know often write reviews but my experience with Wade's plumbing was incredible! We had a backup in our toilet that flooded our home. We gave Wade's plumbing a call. There was a super prompt initial consultation with Cory and scheduling with a call from Lizzy. At every moment there was clear communication and a goal oriented attitude! This is definitely not a team that would throw their arms in the air and say they don't know what's going on. Bruce was our main plumber who worked on the service call. It was clear that he was experienced and thorough. He was joined by two other plumbers on his team, Harrison and Josh. As a team there was no stone left unturned. Having a flood in your house is stressful and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Working with this team I really felt supported and I would recommend them to anyone looking for high value plumbing services that care about outcomes!
