I was very unhappy with the way I was treated. After they installed my furnace, there were details that needed to be corrected and that's when the problem started. I recommend that when you do business with them ask for a detailed itemized bill. Otherwise, you might get a really big surprise when you get the final bill. I was also surprised to be charged for a maintenance check free estimate! They were supposed to install the furnace and a/c. After my newly installed furnace it needed adjustments and they refused to correct the problem, I decided to have another company install the a/c. It was difficult dealing with the secretary. Each time I contacted her she would say "it is what it is." To their credit, they offered to and did pay the bill for the needed adjustments that were made by the other company. I was appreciative of that.

This past Christmas Eve all of my family got together, which does not happen very often because we have seven kids living all over the nation and overseas. On Christmas Eve our water heater broke and started spraying water all over the basement. I called the owner, Dan Walstra, and he not only told me how to shut down the water heater, but he immediately came over and worked for over two hours to fix it. That’s incredible service and I along with my family appreciated it very much!!
