The service technician Victor was very professional and likable. He had the right parts to fix my water heater problem and completed the job in a very time fashion. Although he offered several options for payment, I opted to pay by check and therefore received an additional extension on labor warranty and no service fee for use of a credit card.

Hi Guys! After 10 years, my 40 gallos starting making alot of Poping noise came from inside my water heater tank. I called Water heater specialists and he came in 2 hours. Long story make it short, His name is Ernesto Trevino. Very nice and very polite gentlemen. He Smile and Said, "Dan, your have too much Calcium build up inside and the Flush won't do any good to be honest and Wow, $3400 for need a new one. Sound scary. but it is what it is. New 50 gallons arrive, installed also with Pressure Tank, He threw out all the old parts, Replacement with all New parts...Bracket, 2x4, hoses, Gas ballvalve switch, Paint my 2x4 per my request--extra miles work. Man, All done. This man is strong, fast and good plumping. I loved this guy. Talk less, Working well, Any question and train me how to turn on pilot too.
Wow, Thank you Ernesto and for job well done. 5 * period.

Our water heater had a problem last Saturday. We called the company at midnight because we were in an emergency situation. They have a 24-hour hotline. They sent a guy, whose name is Rich, in the morning on Sunday. He's super professional and he brought us the new heater and installed it within a few hours. We're really happy with their excellent service.

We had the pleasure to work with Jose (Joe) Garcia on 2/14/2025. We noticed a puddle of water coming out from our water heater on 2/12/2025-2/13/2025 and we started to get worried. My husband noticed the phone number that's on the current water heater, so we called. The Water Heater Specialists were able to schedule Joe out here for us on 2/14/2025. Thank goodness! Joe took a look at our water heater and it needed to be replaced. We have two water heaters, since we are a duplex. We asked him to please take a look at the other water heater just in case we aren't seeing anything he is, so we have some peace of mind. Joe was very customer service friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable about the system and was able to provide some insight for us. We appreciated his real-ness in his work and being honest with us. We are very thankful to have him come out. We'll be sending your comment card back to you guys. Thank you for coming out so quickly and answering our needs. It was especially worry some for us because of the heavy rain storm we just got and you were able to come out, so thank you!

Service was timely and very professional. Vick was great, explaining all our options and exactly what he was doing. I appreciated he had all the possible needed parts on hand, so once my issue was diagnosed he was able to fix it immediately. Highly recommend!
