I have been coming here for at least a couple of years, and I gotten the worse service possible. Terry has called me names because she doesn't like my attitude, and Christina ordered Me to take off my backpack because she thinks I'll steal something. The business is going quite slow but it is their own fault. Their employee Jeff Cavanau helps me with projects and he agrees with me. You can't get more honest than that.

I called Wattenbarger and told her what l needed to pick up, she had the order pulled and ready to go! I had said that coming close to closing time,when l got there l added 7 16’ 1x4. Wattenbargers’s service, quality and price is superior to anywhere else! Shop and see for yourself!!!

Small selection and higher prices. It's really inconvenient that they aren't open on Saturdays, but convenient if I need something now. The roided out looking paranoid employee felt the need to follow me around the store. God forbid it takes me longer to pick something out because bf sent me to buy stuff to use on a closet organization thing instead of if it's intended purpose, and I have no knowledge of tools or parts.

I went twice on the same day and was "assisted" by two different employees (both were at the register). Both employees appeared bothered when approached. Zero friendliness. It did not make me feel comfortable about asking any questions. Very poor customer service. I would definitely not go back.

They were super busy with customer's and even a cement truck showed up. Helped me out very quickly. It was a truly nice experience different than a big box store

Really great hardware store with friendly service helpers who will help you with all your hardware needs. Great place to get your paint and supplies. I get my cleaning supplies here!

A nice local hardware store. If your near here it is worth the trip - saving you the trip to home depot. The prices are near the same.

They also have a lumber yard and more.

So if your in the Oildale area. Stop by this place first. .

Went in this morning to get 2 copies of house key cut. The gentleman held the key up to the board with all the blanks and said "sorry we don't have that blank". Quickset keyway ..arguably THE most common keyway for residential locks. And they dont have it? 2 things that irritated me 1st that they were out of the most common key blanks. 2nd that he made less than 0 effort to see if there was anything in stock. Lame. Went to Floyds. If you need keys cut drive the extra mi. to Floyd's.
